The manager at this location is very rude, I've been a member with LA fitness for more than 2 years and when i wanted to cancel it, i felt like I'm begging them money. I called, and they said i have to come and cancel with the manager in person. When i went in person to cancel it today at 8:30am, the guy there told me you need come back at 9am because the manager is not here yet, so i came back at 9:10am, and it turned out that the guy that told me to come at 9am is the manager, and he canceled it. When i asked if he is the manager, he said no, but i just don't want you to wait, so why didn't you do it the first time i came? Horrible customer service.

Max, the general manager, is incredibly kind and helpful. The facilities are clean and even while under renovations.

Max was very helpful in getting me set up with my membership! The gym was very clean and open with lots of stations and amenities!

I’ve had nothing but a great experience with this gym. The staff is super friendly. The gym is always kept clean all around. Mr. Helman has been super helpful with everything since I’ve been here. The staff makes me feel welcomed every time I come in. I’d recommend this gym to anyone and everyone in the area! Thank you LA!

I met with manager max and discussed a possible’s membership. Super friendly and not too pushy. Nice club and great team. Recommend to anyone in the area.

Amazing gym! Very clean and fully equipped. The layout is great, with lots of space. The staff is super friendly, special shoutout to Max who was very helpful in the onboarding process.

Not your regular la fitness. Pool is outdoors. The temperature was colder, probably only for lap use, if there is bad weather, bad luck. Smaller older not maintained place, than usual. Will have to find another one. On the good side steam room. First and last time. 5 starts exceeded expectations 4 great 3 ok 2 missed its purpose 1 bad experience.

I did not understand why each branch has different timing and working hours from the other. I think closing at ten o’clock is too early for the gym, at least at 12 am like the rest of the branches.

I happened to be visiting in Coral Springs and thought I would see if I could use the club for just a day. I went online and immediately receiuved a free guest pass but I figured I would have to get the tour. However, i received a follow-up call from the club manager, Max Helman, and when I explained my situation he set me up to just come in and work out, no hassles whatsoever. I got to work-out at this really well-equipped club, played some racquetteball and had a very enjoyable afternoon. If I decide to move in the area here I will definitely join this club and I am very appreciative to Max for making this very a enjoyable, easy experience.

Visiting from out of town and has the opportunity to pop in for Aqua Fit. Patty the instructor was phenomenal, giving a full body workout and really challenged us. She had a great selection of music, and exercises. She motivated me with her energetic style and big smile. Thank you so much Patty, wish you could come home with us !!!!!

Sadly this place is totally disappointing, had too switch to this location since Parkland closed its doors in Jan 2024, equipment is rusted (a lot of equipment), narrowed spacing between classes, cardio, training section etc...bathrooms always stink, again crowded layout, people not always pleasant or available at front desk, it's too crunched, pool area stinks of chemicals. I hope Management realizes how disgusting this place is!!!
