Optometrist is on Thursdays and Saturdays. (May 2024)
Call for appointments, They take care of kids and take care of the vision insurances.
Also the front desk lady guides you on deals and details on the products (lenses, frames, contact lenses, waranties and your insurance coverage)
Great service, very professional. The optometrist is open on Thursdays and Saturdays. (May 2024) Call to schedule appointments. They take care of children and accept most vision insurance. Additionally, the receptionist will guide you on product offers and details (lenses, frames, contact lenses, warranties and their insurance coverage).

JCPenney here, JCPenney there, Lenscrafters.. frames are frames..you find one you like and that's that, however the service and staff are what sets the stores apart. I've been going to this JCPenney for a few years now for my glasses, my wife's, and now my daughter's. Each time I've dealt with a lady named Alece. Not only is she knowledgeable, she is always cheerful and gives off good vibes to everyone she deals with..(at least that I've seen while waiting my turn).. anyway.. If you're near the area and looking for affordable frames with a friendly staff, you can't go wrong here. Adam Walker

Had a great experience with the Optician David and Dr. Christiana! Took care of all my optical needs, and both took the time to make sure I received everything I wanted when it came to my eyeglasses. Really amazing customer service from both and I will be recommending them to my family and friends.

Visited this optical as I needed an eye exam and Dave the Optician and Dr. Christiana were both wonderful. I received excellent customer service as they didn't hesitate to answer any questions I had. I will continue to come to this optical for any of my needs and will continue to recommend this location!

Completely disgusted with this company. My daughter was hired as a seasonal employee with the possibility to become permanent by manager Angela Hamer. They pretty much ghosted her after Christmas, and would not even return her phone calls or messages. Terrible communication and extremely unprofessional. I understand that this was a seasonal position, but they could have at least told her that she was no longer needed or returned her calls. Disgusted.

JCpenny Optical provides high quality service and strives to meet the needs of all customers. Mary Fonner, the Optical Manager, is very friendly and detailed. She makes sure everything is down to the T and that all of her customers are happy. When I went to get new glasses, she ensured that the process went smoothly even when though there were some rude and inconsiderate customers. She is such a sweetheart and even gave my little brother a cute sunglasses kit for being so patient because she had to deal with those inconsiderate customers. She ensured that my needs and my dads needs were met and we ended up with beautiful glasses. Also, the doctor is quite wonderful and very friendly. She was quick and efficient and she got my prescription down to the T. I really, really liked her. If you want great optical service, go there because it will be worth it!!!

I originally ordered my glasses December 11th, 2019. Came in with a lens protruding. The frames were not right for my type of lens. Needed to order a second pair. This is my 4th trip back to the store. Waited 90 minutes the first time to get my glasses! Only 1 employee on duty. Neither time did I receive a customer courtesy call to inform me my glasses were ready. When I called the store to inquire the employee answered my inquiry by responding "let me check to see if they are ready It would SUCK if you came here and they weren't ready. Great Customer Service. My glasses cost me $516.00, without the eye examination. My only compliment is to the doctor who gave me my eye examination. Would I recommend this store, NO. Will I return NO!!!!

When I went to get new glasses, she aided every step of the way and even gave my little brother a cute sunglasses for being so patient. I will definitely be going there again!

Portrait Studio:I would not be coming here to take any type of family pictures. Today(8/16/2019) I came to pick up my pictures, no one was at the front desk. I heard pictures being taken and when I asked if anyone could help me, the photographer said I'm here by myself. She was rude, no apologies...now I have to come tomorrow for the pictures. The day we took the photos they were severely under staffed, 2 hours to see the pics. They forgot to include my black and white pictures request and at this point, why bother to ask. Don't recommend this place.

I JCPenney's to get my hair done and I have my hair done by Selena and I've got to say she is upset she absolutely the best she knows how to do your hair right right and Dan I was come out of there looking great I would simply tell everyone to ask for her because she shouldn't say that but she's really good at doing hair and they're all good but if you like you know to get your hair carotene treatment in at all this she can do it and she can do it really goodAlso have some very good sales in the store so you might want to look through some of the dresses they have and the tops go online and I'm really inexpensively and they're very nice and I usually shop at Dillards are in El donkey Galleria so I'm very picky about my clothes just thought I'd let you know from one shopper to another and don't forget to use your Chase sign up for your JC pennies card so you'll get rewards on there and use that all the time you build your rewords up end it Macys don't forget to sign up for your oak don't forget to sign up for your eBay it's too when you sign up for eBay to get $10 back on eBay send you $10 when you sign up for it if you wanna pick something up give it to Ebates and Out sign up for that and then buy your things online and then just show it to the girl I think this is what I want it might've went off sale but you get that price it's pretty cool and then you get a check in the mailDon't forget to do it it's easy money thank you Denise
