We Bought an06 lx470 from this dealership and I have to say, we’ve dealt with some shady dealerships in the past but this dude John I sensed was honest about the vehicle and went out of his way to make things right and made sure we were satisfied at the end of the day with our deal. ??.Update: took the car to a mechanic and the mechanic had a good amount of rust that “someone” ( I don’t think it was John since we ask if he sprayed the car) spray painted and the car had both bad sway bar link (which is unsafe) and a bad booster brake (which is a costly fix which didn’t stared acting up till 3 days later). I’m not sure if John was aware of all these problems but it wasn’t a safe car to be on the road.. now I have to treat the rust correctly that someone just sprayed over and all these extra expenses to get the vehicle safe. ?… wish I was a little bit more patient while looking for this certain type of vehicle. I now realized I over payed after I found out about all these problems… I’m not sure anymore if they knew about these problems but as dealer they should inspect what they sell on their lot. It will be nice to get a couple a grand for the repairs in a perfect world but hey it’s life ??♂️ it is what is itUpdate: 3 months later after I change the sway bar link (which is unsafe), brake booster (which was close to 2k to fix) and electric problems on the ignition switch and I am stuck on the road again for the 4th time… and this time it’s the transmission… I’m not sure what to do at this point… I’ve spent close to 3k not the transmission is out.. I called John so I will update what this dealer says or do to help my situation… this vehicle is supposed to be my dream car but it truly is becoming a nightmare ??♂️…I’ll keep you guys updated

If there were zero stars, that would be what I would give DO NOT GO HERE, horrible, bad work, no customer service, damaged cars, a relative of mine had a horrible experience here, we find it super sad that people like that exist!

360 Auto Advisors AKA J&M Auto Advisors are comprised of a team you ABSOLUTELY cannot trust!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH OR BUY FROM J&M Auto AdvisorsThey refuse to relinquish the title of the Honda Civic we purchased.. even after an arbitration claim was submitted. They lied claiming they have nothing to do with providing titles and stated that they only assist with sales through Manheim and that manheim is responsible for providing the title because manheim was the primary owner of the vehicle at the time of sale which is also a false claim of representation. Now they refuse to answer the phone because they know they were caught in this lie! Their dealer license should be revoked. Now my daughter will be without transportation all the way in Texas! These people are untrustworthy and have no business doing business

J&M Auto Advisors are a team you cannot trust!!! Don’t trust J&M Auto Advisors or 360 Auto Advisors (same people with two different LLCs). They have failed to follow through on a cash process and now my niece is without a car. That was all the money she had and they will not release the title. DO NOT GIVE THESE SHADY PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!

Don’t use this company to purchase a vehicle!! Once you pay it off they will not give you the title !! Avoid them at all cost!

This is the second time working with J&M Auto Advisors and it has been a great experience. This team is the real deal and will come through. With a team like John and Leo who personally drove us the vehicle on a Friday night- we couldn’t have ask for more. Thank you to the team and staff.
