Went in to get a new phone for my son. Ralph and Star were SUPER helpful. Got me a phone perfect for him and actually saved me money on what I was originally looking at. had broken glass and back. did not want to get new phone (because of data on phone and learning curve). replaced while I waited. after repair, I noticed I could not hear people on calls. took back, they fixed no charge. Will be back.
