Kurian was absolutely amazing! She was knowledgeable, skilled, professional, and friendly. She attentively listened to my concerns and desired outcomes, and then delivered. My experience with Kurian, Rhonda (the owner), and Hydra Bar Salon went beyond my expectations. Kurian is the only stylist who has been able to entirely nurture my hair in the fifteen years that I have been natural. My husband was also thrilled with the outcome. "The Hydra Bar Experience" was definitely worth my one-and-a-half-hour drive.
I am eagerly looking forward to my next appointment. I would like to extend my kudos to Kurian, Rhonda, and everyone at Hydra Bar Salon LLC!?

I have no complaints about this place and the people here! Everyone is so nice and compassionate. I have been going to them for about 2 years almost, and my hair is at the most healthiest state. I never used to like to wear my hair out because I never knew what to do with it unless it was with braids or weave but now, I love my hair and would prefer to wear it out than getting braids. Love love love this place !

I was just looking up the address of Hydrabar salon (because of my terrible memory) when I noticed the reviews and realized... have I never left a review??! This review is YEARS late! ? Hydrabar is THE curly girl spot! I have more of a 2c/3a pattern but I have trusted Kurian as my stylist for a long time now. I was terrified of bleach because previous stylists have destroyed my hair wuth it but Kurian is a Master Colorist. I recieved SO many compliments on my balayage. I was in LOVE. I loved that she addressed my concerns before, during, and after the process. She has also done my daughter's hair who has kinkier curls and that little diva was in love with her hair by the time Kurian was finished! Let's just say my daughter gives me a very difficult time to just shampoo her hair but Kurian must have magic hands because my child was enjoying every moment from start to end. 10/10!

Omg when I say my stylist Judith is awesome. She’s professional and very knowledgeable about hair and products. Please you must check out Hydra Bar Salon!!!!! They’re great!!!!!! Judith is my favorite ?. So worth it!!!

I have had the worst luck finding a Kinky Girl Stylist in South Florida until I came across Hydra Bar, hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had with a salon. My stylist is Judith and yall I don’t have enough space to rave about her. Her customer service, her knowledge about my hair, her listening ear to all my concerns were met at this appointment! And my hair came out looking the Bomb! Super amazing experience can’t wait till my next appointment..Judith you are amazing!!

My 10yr old daughter was a customer of Larys and I must say she was very informative, kind, and knowledgeable. I was also a part of the experience because Lary educated me on the process. My daughters hair came out amazing. I definitely recommend Hydra-Bar.

I just had to drop a quick shoutout to Hydra Bar Salon – I'm still feeling the good vibes! I have to give major props to Angela (Hope that's her name) at the front desk, she's the real deal – professional, friendly, and keeps everything on point.Now, let me tell y'all about Rhonda, my stylist. I didn't even know she owned the place – that's how down-to-earth she is. You know, some salon owners are all about the money, but Rhonda's different. She's chill, got this calming vibe, and really takes her time to understand your hair. When she did the hydra set thing, you can tell she's doing it with love. She's patient, breaks down the process, and answers all your questions (trust me, I had a bunch). Even though I was on a time crunch, she still hooked me up with the best service.Big shoutout to my girl Janelle for putting me onto this spot. I don't trust just anyone with my natural hair, but Hydra Bar Salon won me over. Can't wait to come back for more of their services! ?✨

I highly recommend it. I was greeted when I arrived and met with my stylist Mariah, who was amazing and kind. When I say she took care of my hair, she took real good care of my hair. It was squeaky clean like a brand new pair of shoes, and felt very light after, with my curls popping and juicy. I couldn't have gotten my hair like this myself because I have no patience. I found my new stylist. Thank you, Hydra Bar.

Hands down the best Natural Hair Salon in South FL! From the moment I stepped foot into this salon & made the decision to start Hydrating my curls, it has been the absolute best decision! My hair has never felt healthier. I came in not knowing anything on how to take care of my natural hair, & now 2 years later, my hair not only looks great but my curls feel great and so bouncy.
