This is the third year I have used H&R Block for my tax preparation. Viviana makes the experience very pleasant as she expertly completes the work in my filing. I really like completing everything in one visit. Nicole very kindly took care of duplicating the paperwork for me. I would highly recommend H&R Block.

We were disappointed in the service in our agent and had hoped she would have spent more time helping us or at least advising us on our present and/or future filing. Didn't find she had any type of expertise other than checking the boxes using their software. Have been using H&R Block for over 20 years but won't be anymore. Our taxes are simple and yet we were charged $500 which seemed pretty steep. Office also appears to be a bit unorganized. Hate leaving any type of bad review but felt it should be said.

Rachel Horowitz listened and went above and beyond to ensure I get the best customer care service and not experience what I did from a previous tax accountant in 2020. I loved her!! Also, the staff are very friendly, clean environment. Overall excellent experience; it was great. Thanks Rachel. See you next year!

Happy to have found such a great, confident and lovely place to go to for my taxes. Had an issue with my previous tax return and Guy did an excellent job amending it. I am beyond grateful.Arfel also was so very helpful when making my appointment and guiding me through their services. I have decided this company will be in charge of my taxes forever!
