Terrible, terrible terrible, they made a reservation pick up time for a time they were already “closed”. Got there a few minutes before closing, the people were still in there they refused to rent me a vehicle.

Hertz is awful can never ever get anyone on the phone ever even if the local offices aren’t busy they don’t answer the phone they say they do but they don’t. As far as renting Uber cars through Hertz they give you all the junk and these cars should be extra safe, not junk.

I had a reservation under my president circle and they did not honor my reservation time and they gave away my car, they did not honor the time frame and was told they had an influx of people and gave the car. The solution an electric car which I can’t due to the location I’m going. Really bad taste not honoring my reservation vehicle and time.

Got here place was closed my reservation was for 12pm Saturday got there at 11:59pm was not aware of the 30 minutes policy they have. Called customer service lady was rude and not accommodating at all. Qouted me a higher price to rent at the airport. Went with Enterprise same price as my first Hertz reservation.

Rented from here, twice, with no issues. They were very pleasant at the counter and provided me with all information needed for a smooth rental experience. Dealing with the public isn’t easy. Keep up the pleasant work.

Negative Zero stars. Terrible customer service. I drove 20 minutes to Hertz to find out that my Reserved vehicle was not available. No one from hertz gave me a call to inform me. They offer another vehicle for $20+ more.

I would like to say my experience here at this Coral Springs location has been Exceptional. The customer service on a scale of 1to 10 is a 10! Thanks Scott!! This type of customer service will have me renting a car when I really don't need too. LOL Thanks guys for keeping your customers happy!

They gave me a filthy stinking car so i cleaned it for them. Then they charged me $400 cleaning fee. I only rented for a day and washed off a months worth of funk. They say too late, call customer service, who says wait 5-10 days. Scam alert...dont trust them with your credit card

There is a worse rental car in the city , now they’re not accepting temporary ID and that’s the most stupid and ridiculous rules because some people is still waiting for permanent card and they have most of 10 years living on this country.And if the DMV gave you a driver license who they are to decline this.Not make senses.

Very clean inside and around the perimeter, agent behind the counter was very sweet considering I was at the wrong location. He had a car and gave it to me with a mile and without even a second thought. I was in and out within less then 15 minutes. I'll be back to this location, since it is very close to my house! Thank you!

THE WORST HERTZ IN THE COUNTRY.I've been a presidents circle member for many years & every location honors my reservation made prior to arriving. They didn't honor my reservation's eaiver coverage and tried to charge me $300+ extra.I've NEVER had a location do that. Plus no president circle updates.And the place is filthy.

I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. I recently called about an issue that I'm having with a rental that I obtained from a different location. The male who answered the phone sounded very annoyed that I even called to the ask the question and became very angry when I asked about Hertz' general policy. "I HAVE NO IDEA!!!" - was his response. Apparently the employees here are not trained on company policies and it's best that customers not bother and interrupt them!Save yourself the headache of having to interact with rude and unprofessional staff. Go to the Budget Car Rental location just across the street. THEY know how to show appreciation for their customers!

Very disappointing! Rented an electric car, after trying to charge it before we went on our trip, the charge wasn’t working. We went to several charging stations with no luck. Spent 4 hours doing this. When we went back to Hertz they said they have no rentals available only option would be to go the airport. Noo!! That’s East and we are heading to west coast. We got charged the whole day for the rental, you’ve got to be kidding!! I’ve rented here several times here and have future rentals coming up, but after this I’m no longer renting from Hertz!
