Extremely friendly staff that goes above and beyond. Upon seeing it was my birthday they upgraded me from midsize to fullsize for free. Nice, clean vehicles. Like most companies these days it does sometimes take a while to get someone on the phone. Highly recommend!

We have rented cars from this hertz many times. There have been some small issues with some vehicles, however, they are quick to make things right. They should have cars ready with wiper fluid and at least half a tank of gas. Failed in those areas this time, hence the four stars and not five.
