Cap wholesalers always had the hats I needed for my business in stock! They were great at being in contact about out of stock items, my first order shipped out so fast I thought wow I found my new supplier, second order not as fast but still timely within 7-10 days, third order….took 18 days from the day I placed my order and it didn’t even come from them like the past 2 orders it came directly from Richardson. None of these times I’ve order have I gotten any kind of shipping notice, tracking info, delivery notification or estimated delivery date when I finally got passed the robot messages I was told they have no way to give us tracking info. Honestly I would give them 4 stars because it’s a minor setback but the long unknowing shipping info on the 3rd order caused me to miss a sale with a customer. Luckily I can use the hats but it would have been nice to know the shipping was going to be that long so I could have gotten hats coming from my more expensive supplier that ships out next day.\\nI’m not going to completely write of cap wholesalers but it would be nice if that can figure out how to give us shipping info.

Order a few sample, 5 to be exact because we are trying to figure out what style of hat and brand would work with our rubber logo patch. After placing the order the shipping was calculated at $19ish bucks. The hats were only $33 bucks. No problem. Then I get an email stating the shipping will be more because they are coming from three different warehouses. Hmmmm sounds a bit fishy. The new shipping cost would be $59+ dollars. You mush be out of your mind, 200% cost to ship 5 hats in the continental US. These guys are a drop ship biz, no problem with that but don't lie and say it's coming from your different warehouses. They are drop shipped from three different suppliers. So I just went directly to the suppliers who also had a bigger selection ay a cheaper price. Total cost was less than their original price quoted. Buyer beware!!!

I help my 17-yr old son with sourcing hats for his custom hat business and so far he’s bought thousands of hats through Hatco Int’l. The service and pricing is why we keep coming back. Specifically, Robin at Hatco provides us with real time inventory status and fantastic product advise. The quality of their hat styles and their high end custom embroidery always gets recognition from my son’s customers. In the end it’s the personal service that makes the difference for us.

I ordered some hats that were in stock... after I ordered them online they said they were on back order... never reached out to tell me when I would get them. 6 months later Email after Email asking for my money back they gave me less then what I payed. Buyer beware

Lisette work with us through the whole process as we figured out color combos and styles. She was also supportive when we misplaced our hat delivery and had to troubleshoot when and where the delivery occurred.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I worked with Robin and put in an order two months ago for hats. There was plenty of hats in stock. She waited two months to order the hats from the vendor and acts surprised when they are sold out. This is a total scam business and these people do not care about their customers. STAY AWAY. Save your money and most importantly your time.

Placed order April 13th 2022 for multiple otto brand foam truckers totaling $692.94.A few business days later I receive email stating one of the items was not charge due to out of stock issue. That is fine. We understand the supply chain right now as we own a storefront and embroidery shop. All we expect is CLEAR communication and timely shipments.April 26th Nora contacted me stating the hats would ship within 4 days blaming covid, and staff shortages, etc. Okay fine at this point 4 days is okay as I run a business and understand not everything runs like Amazon.The next contact after multiple emails at this point was May 4th by Alexis stating they will ship this week and again blames all the issues going on. At this point I am frustrated as these hats are for a client and I am to a small team and can embroider these hats by now and we are stretching the deadline by a bit. Also I am realizing at this point that they are not in control of the warehouses that actually ship the items because if they were they would handle this shipment as a priority.So fast forward once again no shipment that week I call them on Tuesday May 10th (almost a month since order date for blank hats) and I talk to Lisa at this point I am actually beyond upset and annoyed with there service. Lisa states that she talked to the warehouse manage are there California location, at this point I am full knowing this company is just a sales company and just drop ships the orders through the manufacturers. I state on the phone call you mean "Ottos warehouse" and she straight up tells me it was there warehouse and then laughed at me for acting like I know there business. I said well if it is your warehouse why cant you call them and prioritize a shipment for blank hats for a customer thats been waiting a month. She says its not that easy and it doesn't work like that. It actually is that easy if it's your warehouse to pack a order and print a shipping label. Fast forward to today May 13th where I finally receive tracking information of course from Ontario, California (where Otto is located after a quick google search) where the tracking shows the hats arriving May 17th (over a month from order date) which is unacceptable to most people ordering bulk hats knowing they need them for events, embroidery clients, etc. I am more upset with the fact this company straight up lied to me about owning the warehouses instead of being transparent in there drop shipment business model. Not only that they said they get 1,000's of orders a day and used that as one of the excuses when I had a separate order I placed 2 days after this one which I also still haven't received, and the invoices were only a little over 100 apart meaning they get like 75 orders a day. Thinking your customers are d*** is a bad look and lying to them is a worse look. Do not order from this company if you have any sort of deadline or expectation.

TERRIBLE PLACE!!! The owner Joelle is the nastiest person I have ever come across. I have never met anyone so unprofessional and down right mean. She constantly yelled on the phone and had no idea what she was talking about. She was unable to answer any of my questions or solve any of my problems. I even heard her yell at an employee in the background! DO NOT DO BUSSINES HERE!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SAVE YOUR SANITY!!!!

Terrible customer service. Website does not have accurate stock availability. No management accountability and rude customer service. Do NOT use this company! You will regret it.
