I recently visited Gold Pawn City and had an excellent experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. They offered fair prices for the items I brought in and had a fantastic selection of merchandise for sale. The shop was clean and well-organized, which made browsing a pleasure. I highly recommend to anyone looking to buy, sell, or pawn items. I'll definitely be returning in the future!

These guys will do what they need to deflect blame onto the customer. I myself have been a pawnbroker for over 13 years. I understand the procedures on how to store items properly. I received my airpods back with oil all over them. That oil seeped into both airpods rendering them useless. I leterallly walked in wearing them woth no issues. Problem is they are unwilling to help or admit fault. STAY AWAY. Also cigarette smoke gets into any and all electronics. Not good since they are definitely smoking inside the store. Its not hard to help customers especially when they are reasonable and understand that things can happen in the storage areas. Just honestly frustrated and disgusted. Paid an exorbitant amount of interest and this is how my stuff is treated. I highly advise you steer clear! Definitely not up to par with the level of professionalism I have grown accustomed to working in this industry. You cant place blame on the customer when they came in working and left not working. Its a pretty simple formula. These guys dont have the brains to understand that.
