What a beautiful shop filled with lovely and helpful staff! Everything was so organized and there was a wonderful selection of stones. I own a chakra shop and went there for a quick look that turned out to be a WONDERFUL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. The woman who greeted us at the door was very inviting even though we did not have an appt. I was mesmerized by the amount of crystals and household items. I am forever changed how I will shop and source my stones, as the quality is EXCEPTIONAL! I can't believe the difference from what I was previously purchasing. I highly recommend. Also the rest of the staff is knowledgable and available, but not in your face. I like that ??

I visited for the first time today as I came with a list of 5 items to get for an event. Rachel met me at the door and I was grateful that she explained to me how the pricing and boxed sets worked. I was blown away at the size of the showroom and variety of stones. I intended on getting in and out with the basic needs for the event but bought way more. I was like a kid in a candy shop. Cassidy was so helpful and went the extra mile helping me pick out some items. Thank you ladies, I will be back ;-)

I've been a customer for over a year now and they are a pleasure to work with. I shop in person multiple times a month and everyone that works there is so kind and helpful. They have a really great mix of crystals that they source from all over the world. I'm so grateful they are close by!

I really wasn't going to leave a review, although it's a great place and I totally recommend, you need a resale license to enter and an appointment so I didn't think my review would be that useful. But literally just had to say what in the actual f is wrong with this Sean M. So my review will be about Sean. One) anyone see this guys bio? "I live to serve eternally beautiful woman" sir you have a chronic addiction to yelping literally enough said. Two) and my literal last point that man is deranged and I hope he gets banned from the store. Also do they sell a crystal for this man to get some cause he's acting like he's "in heat" in that review. I really never thought I'd leave a review Bc I was so annoyed with another review but you can't respond on Yelp and Sean seems like he spends too much time on Reddit so whatever.

The Gemstone Factory is a new wholesaler for me. I have learned to make a relatively small initial order until I can verify for myself if the ordering process (from finding products on their website to delivery) and quality are worth the cost of time and money. I received my first order from them about an hour ago. I made four calls to their office for a variety of reasons, and every time the person I reached was courteous and helpful. The prices were fair, the shipping was faster than I expected, and the quality met the expectations I had formed from reading their descriptions. The only thing I did not enjoy about this process was waiting for the hold on my bank funds to be released, however the company stated very specifically on their website that this may happen and suggested we check with our bank in order to minimize any potential disruption. This might be beyond the company's control but telling the customer about it in advance isn't beyond their control and I'm grateful they did so. I don't understand the negative reviews I've read here - at all. Every one I spoke to or who had a hand in my order was great! I'll be ordering again and would recommend them.

Absolutely incredible service. I have purchased from many wholesale locations, and by far, Gemstone Factory has the best service, quality, and turnaround time. I cannot recommend them enough, and the staff is so welcoming, helpful, and knowledgable. They offer some of the most competitive pricing I have seen for superior quality stones, gems, and crystals, and know if you visit or order online, you will be satisfied.

Every single time I interact with this company, whether it be by telephone or in person, they are unfriendly and cold. Usually people in this line of work are aligned and in good energy, not the case with these women. The type of behavior that I encounter, every single time, leads me to believe that this business is solely for profit, not for the positive impact of these beautiful stones. Which makes me want to take my money elsewhere, and advise others to do the same. I pray these women restore love in their hearts.
