I loved the selection of games and memorabilia. Loved the clean and open atmosphere!
It's truly my favorite Game stop in the area. Ask for Mel she was professional, kind and super knowledgeable on her products and games. Definitely helped an old mom like me lol I'm clueless about video games. But thanks to wonderful Mel I got answers and games that my son is thrilled with! 10 stars ✨ based on quality service and products!

The workers there are very helpful, Jason and his Manager Frank helped out a lot and I would suggest this store among all the other ones. Frank is the man! Also the new folks are great!

there was no communication between me and the manager because I called too cancel a preorder and he tells me that I can put the payment towards a standar ps5 right and I said ok let me take an Uber there right and I did just that and I'm getting ready too give him the receipt and all of a sudden he said let me get the ps5 and I told him oh I'm not buying that today and he gives me this really d*** response about not having lay away And under my breath, I said, I wish you would've told me that on the phone so I got my money back and left and said to myself wow what an a--hole lmbo

It's a clean and well organized store. Although it is a bit small and the items are kinda limited. It's mostly games, not a lot of TV or gaming accessories and knick knacks. The sales associate, Cameron, was patient and knowledgeable

They clearly had sign on door, take an additional % off clearance items. As I went to purchase a green screen, I was told. Hevl didnt think it should be discounted more. It would stay the 1st clearance price and not honor the additional discount. Just cuz he didn't agree. I have been spending my extra $$ there. That experience changed all that. Disaster waiting to happen with the bias attitude

I hate leaving bad comments but unfortunately this is one of the worst GameStop's in corals springs. Customer service is at a zero. The staff curse in front of customers and loudly talk about bad relationships in front of children.im embarrassed to even have to leave this comment .

(Mall) I wanted to get the fifa 22 on the Xbox one original! I bought fifa 22 the only copy in coral square mall. I was so excited to the point I didn’t realized that I bought it for the Xbox series X instead of the Xbox one.(GameStop) So I had my friend’s uncle to take me to the nearest GameStop on the way home. I went to the GameStop with my friends and his uncle. When I got inside I asked him if I can return or exchange, he was very nice giving All the nearest locations to closet to most far. On top of that he gave me a refund and receipts to the all the locations, and availability!Best GameStop EVER!!!! Never experienced something like this in West Palm!!He even gave us bags for the rain!!Employee of the month
