It felt like with every call I was leveling up, but still! lv 65 was not enough to defeat this monster. I'll try again soon... It's official! I invite anyone to beat my record, hahaha! I just need to know about inventory in stock, not calling to ask about your guy's moms or collect debt or sell you an insurance policy xD. YALL SUCK!!!!!

Employee here lies to your face, seems to have personal hatred for Halo? Went in to buy just released halo figures exclusive to gamestop after seeing multiple people in other states buying them from their gamestops and scalpers selling online. The guy behind the desk said they could not order Halo because Halo does not sell, so no gamestop in South Florida is going to sell any halo toys ever. He then suggested to go buy at the retro store nearby. (If they don't sell then why are scalpers already selling at ridiculous prices? How is a retro store going to have a brand new gamestop exclusive figure?) I explained again that this is a gamestop exclusive toy that just released in other states so he told me to ask a friend from another state. I don't know people from out of state? Why can't my local gamestop have modern stock??? Update: I just got back from Davie Gamestop location, stocked full of Halo figures Jazwares Alice and Fred. The employees at this location enjoy lying to customers.

People can hate on gamestop all they want but let me tell you every location I go to has the hardest and friendliest workers I just shopped at this location and I didn't catch the gentleman's name but he was extremely friendly and thoughtful with suggestions for me as I shopped he made my shopping experience seamless and fun! I love gamestop not only for there fine selection of items but also for there amazing employees easy 5 star review!!!!

Waited in line for tears of the kingdom midnight release. Ignoring the fact that it was a chaotic mess and my fiancée was doing more directing of how to organize the purchases than the manager, who spent more time bragging about his discount he gets as a manager, they also ran out of the pre order bonus. Apparently half the people who pre ordered will not get their pre order bonus, too. Sounds like they're lazy with properly taking care of inventory and bookkeeping. It's a shame that the people managing tonight left a sour taste in my mouth, because two very nice ladies helped me in the pre-ordering process a week ago. Alas, there's a GameStop a few blocks away south and eastward, so I would encourage anyone else to avoid this one specifically.

Very loyal customer to GameStop. I had an issue with a console. I first went to the GameStop on University and Rambel Wood Dr they were very unhelpful and had a very poor service and could not help me with my issue. I ended up coming to this GameStop and Chris and Vito resolved my issue, and it had way better service than the one on University in Ramblewood Drive…… thanks, Chris and Vito

I came her looking to buy a copy of one of my favorite games and had a great experience. At first, I was going to buy the used copy of the game, but the helpful employee showed me that I could buy a brand new version for only a dollar extra. I even signed up for the rewards program after he told me about the benefits I could receive. Next time i need a game I am coming here!

This store committed false advertising. Had one price on the game and attempted to charge a different price. They have laws for this very thing. Don't do business with liars.

The new manager is not good, they sold my pre order, never called me I was waiting for months and a friend got my pre order for haft price, never called, I will never use that store anymore

Poor Customer Service. I dealt with Anthony the "Manager" as he Clearly Made it Known to Me with a Chip on His shoulder. He was too Busy with a Personal Phone Call Using the Company Phone. If that's the way Management Treats Customers No Wonder the store was Empty.

Terrible customer service. Would not honor controller warranty even though I had proof of purchase. Police & corporate had to get involved to honor my purchase. Extremely unprofessional especially during a pandemic.
