They didn't have my size in almost all the shoes I liked, but the service was cool and I ended up settling for a decent pair.

Just left the store and the girls they have and the manager on duty is very disrespectful and rude I will not be returning just because I asked back for my original receipt.... They need more training in how to deal with customer's a inside of engaging in a bunch of profanity !

Davita at the Coral Springs location is amazing!!! I called and she was so helpful and I know its busy because of Christmas but, she made me feel important and helped me out during a time when customer service isn't there anymore!! Davita should be a Manager! Thanks Foot Locker for having such caring Employee. I'm Happy...

Footlocker is Footlocker one of the best stores around,at this establishment of course the staff are on point and always available to help because it's in the mall you'll have your regular crowd,love shoes choices that u might not see at Champs or Finish Line.

Bad customer service, I had to wait 15 min for someone to asked if I need it help they were plenty of employees in the floor but just talking to each other. plus 10 min to ask me the size again after 5min the SA told me they didn’t have the size I was looking for. Wasted my time. End up placing an order online. Horrible customer service. The kids footlocker had told me they had the size I was looking for at the other location and they didn’t. Locations need better customer service.

It's foot locker if you don't know about them they're great they've got all the sportswear shoes name brands in particular the one in the Coral square Mall is where I went and the customer service was great price was great all around great experience there
