Well after 20 years we decided it was time to treat ourselves to a new one. After hearing about Jack at Fine Furniture we made it to his location. First the store was amazing with everything you could dream of. And then Jack took us under his care and guided us through the purchase. We have had the best sleep in years.we’re starting our 3rd night and want to say how AWESOME Jack and FF are. Thank you Jack

We bought a sofa and recliner 5 years ago from Fine Furniture and have loved the quality and service. So, when we needed a whole apartment of furniture, we went back to Fine Furniture! Jack spent a lot of time with us and was very helpful in picking out every single piece of furniture. He understood our likes and dislikes and really listened to us. I highly recommend Fine Furniture!

I have recently purchased a bedroom set from Fine Furniture and was very satisfied with everything from the purchase to the delivery and set up. This is the second time purchasing an entire bedroom set here and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service, I was told they going to try to deliver to me next day , it wasn't a guarantee but they made it happen. Mom was amazing and patient with helping with the selection of my sectional which by the way is Amazing ? and

Purchased a bed yesterday for my son. I work for a big furniture store and chose not to buy from them due to not finding what I wanted. I came into the showroom and didn’t find anything, he showed me a bed from a book and I chose one that was in stock. I purchased In store and opted to install myself as it is just a queen bed. I got the bed home, started to assemble and as soon as I screwed in the foot to the rail and began to pick it up, the foot split in half. The screw holes are on the far left and far right, none in the middle, however, there is an air pocket in the middle of the wood causing it to split. I contacted the store within 12 hours of purchase and told them the leg broke, the guy immediately says “ this is why we recommend letting us do the install to ensure proper installation. Not saying you caused it but I can give you a leg as a courtesy” I asked for a refund because the bed is flimsy. He became upset and started to speak very fast in an angry like manner saying “you signed a no refund no return contract. We have many similar floor models and none of them are flimsy that’s a good bed and I can give you a leg as a courtesy” I told him I’m contacting my bank but because he refused the refund and I can’t have my son on the floor while waiting on the outcome of a refund I’ll retrieve the leg. Upon my arrival to the showroom, less than 24 hours later, he provided the leg and a contract to sign stating he is providing a leg free of charge and I asked where could I leave my remarks and he said it’s non-negotiable. Although the bed is defective making his contract null and void. I asked him not to speak so aggressively toward me as he was being very loud and speaking extremely fast. I normally only leave reviews to ward others of bad experiences. My grandma purchased a mattress 3 years ago and had to have it replaced which they provided a store credit and deducted from the store credit because she didn’t use it right away and this was during Covid !! This company does not honor anything!

Jack is the “man” . He is an excellent sales rep. You go in broke and come out rich. Delivery guys were very professional too.

Great customer service from Jack. Very knowledgeable and helped me develop a plan for the interior design of my new apartment. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get furniture! Will definitely be back soon.

I purchased a discontinued couch, after about one night I realized I hated it. Nothing I can do. They charmed us into getting it, telling us how comfortable it is. It's not. This couch is really terrible. I'm seeking it for $500 of anyone's interested. I wasn't going to leave a review about that, because it's my fault. However, the delivery crew that brought me this awful couch, scratched my wood floors. I called the owner of Fine Furniture, he asked me to text a photo of the damage, which I provided immediately. I haven't heard back, nothing. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. They don't stand behind their furniture and they don't take responsibility for damages that they do to your floor.

Buyer Beware!!!! The owner, Jack is a huckster that sells garbage beds. He does not stand behind the products that he sells. DEFINITELY find another store if you're looking for a mattress. The ones that he sells will go bad within a year and you'll just be stuck.
