Just got to the store, there was a sign saying: be back in 10 min. The lady came to the door, said she was going on 1 hour lunch break and locked the door. I was there with 3 more people waiting to ship their things. I don’t know if that’s how the store works, but it was very disappointing. More people need to be hired, I left there immediately as I wouldn’t wait for one hour. Very unpleasant!

The staff at this location are beyond the most kind and helpful I’ve ever met! Taylor and Shaleeah both helped me with a wedding seating chart that I needed printed as a static cling. Taylor immediately looked into if we could do a custom size and gave me the specific file type that would print best. After sending it via email, Taylor gave feedback on the text size being small and suggested making it bigger to use up as much space. After resubmitting the file, Shaleeah then confirmed all was good and my order would be ready in a short two days for pick up! STILL SHOCKED AT THAT TURNAROUND TIME! Coming from someone who’s been doing a bunch of DIY projects for their own wedding, having to wait a week or more for items to be ready or delivered is the biggest challenge!! SO SO SOOOO HAPPY I reached out to this place with this project!! Can’t thank these two enough for their help!

I had a very large rug I was trying to roll in a huge plastic bag and Shauntale was very helpful in this process of getting an 8 ft item in a bag.

Absolutely outstanding service from Taylor, one of the most exceptional employees I've encountered. Her professionalism, kindness, and infectious smile made my experience truly memorable. Without a doubt, I'll be returning here solely because of her exemplary customer service. It's rare to come across someone as dedicated and remarkable as her.

Went there yesterday evening, asked questions about the fax service, the female employee there last night was very unfriendly, and rude she even turns on vaccum as I made a phone call when standing at the fax machine and gave us a attitude after mentioning that I was on a call, the business was no where near closing. She wanted to run us out of there I’m guessing.

I arrived 30 minutes after requesting 1 piece of paper printed, they said I needed to wait to receive a phone call in order to pick up. I told them it was just a label & they insisted that it was a line of orders, so I left just for them to call me 5 minutes later, as I’m getting home, to say come pick up. Employees were very inconsiderate for your time & unpleasant to speak with

This office did not follow their own process and ended up disrupting my visa process in a major way. I printed to this office visa documentation which included a shipping label. Well the FedEx office ignored the pick up in store purchase, found the shipping label and shipped it off to the India Visa service. my application is now rejected due to the errors of this office. I am likely out the whole fee and months of processing. The staff in the office was helpful but unable to provide any resolution. What a mess.

This morning I came in to ship and Taylor was NOT very welcoming. Bad attitude and turned me down when I asked for label pouches. I am very dissatisfied and I don’t leave feedback. This time I had to, so this issue can be addressed. I ship regularly from the pompano location and have never had an issue. Business should be smooth and welcomed at every FedEx location. Wow how this locations customer service has declined! I went in tonight to print one thing. It was previously sized to print and the gentleman who helped me initially did it correct however I needed a second copy. In the process the female took over to have him vacuum as i walked in at 6:43 and closing is at 7pm sharp. She took a phone call for a customer which took up some of this time and did not know where he left off or how to print the way he did it in the sizing I needed. I was then told I would have to come back tomorrow to cut ONE piece of paper which takes less than a minute because they start to clean and close up at 6 although the location closes at 7. She literally told me you need to arrive an hour before closing to be serviced because we have to clean and vacuum. When is vacuuming more important than servicing your customers?? Never mind had he finished servicing me before she stepped in to have him vacuum and take a call this wouldn’t have been an issue. Never in my life have I ever worked for an establishment that expected their customers to arrive an hour prior to closing to be serviced. They should close at 6 then and take the hour to finish the day! Absolutely ridiculous!! Needless to say as he came back over to help he wasn’t able to figure out how to do it again as they were anxious to close and then proceeded to tell me it would be an additional 7.99 to resize yet it was done right the first time. I left without having what I needed and frustrated but hey the store is clean and they’re ready to go home so guess that’s what was most important.

Shaleeah was super sweet and helpful. I got there at 8:50 am and people were already standing outside waiting for the doors to open (9:00 am). Still she had a great attitude and multitasking helping everyone with a smile! I’ve come here twice and both times were good experiences so I figure I’d write a review since people only tend to write negative ones.
