Hi after time they deliver my packages to the wrong address. Their employees are totally incompetent.

Every time I come here the wait is awful. Then the staff are rude as hell, barely say two words. Any process takes about 3 minutes of typing into computer and sometimes a couple of register changes for them to finally ring you up.

The staff at this store is phenomenal. I live close and come in from time to time. They acknowledge your presence when you walk through the door. They immediately assess your needs and direct you. I just proofed a bereavement thank you note that is beautiful! I asked for additions and was accommodated immediately. I could not ask for more expertise and professionalism.

Very easy to use if you need printing and other office jobs. These full service places (originally Kinkos) are hard to find.

I came in to make copies of my college degrees to display in my work office. Cassandra greeted me and quickly and introduced me to Felix. They both looked for the paper that would match my original degrees. The copies came out wonderful and looked flawless. Thanks Cassandra and Felix for your awesome and quick customer service!

Great store and very nice and helpful employees. Got help right away with a big smile and they were really good at advising on packaging for the items to be safe. Great store. I have used the small affiliate offices around Tamarac before and had only bad experiences and even a lost package right after delivery. I will never use the small shady affilate stores again.

Can you update your service hour? supposedly open until 10:00 pm when they close at 8:00 pm.

I went to fed ex for an emergency for my business, I walked in the last 2 minutes but it was an emergency I normally never do that. One of the employees Shaleesa was terribly RUDE. She rushed me out told me I need to hurry up her register is closing in 2 minutes. This is supposed to be a friendly neighborhood store. Now I won't go back!

This place is a joke. It's as bad as it gets. No customers service constant slow walking. They don't care about anyone's time. Talking to each other and put you in a line when other employees do nothing. I have tried 2 times and will never step back into the hole. The should fire everyone. Do yourselves a favor and never waste your time and give money to anyone with such poor service.

Not a FedEx store!In case this helps anyone else, this listing is just a Drop Off location inside of Walgreens. If you need a physical FedEx building to walk into, like for printing return labels, go to 4701 N State Rd 7, Coral Springs, FL 33073.Staff at this Walgreens are super helpful and friendly.

I went to this store today to simply drop off about 20 pre paid packages. The boxes were labeled, taped shut, and ready to go, so I thought I would be able to quickly run in and out. The first woman that I spoke to asked me briefly about the packages, said that I couldn't ship the type of box I had (which I had sent 50 of the day before at the same FedEx) in a very rude tone, and walked away. I continued waiting in line and finally got to the front where another employee greeted me in a very unfriendly manner. She started aggressively flipping my fragile package around, and telling me that I couldn't ship something using the type of box I had. When I attempted to tell her that I had shipped the same type of package the day before, she rudely interrupted me by saying "can I finish" and proceeded to tell me why my boxes were not allowed (all while continuously flipping them over even though there was nothing on the underside of the package). She finally decided that the boxes were okay to ship and aggressively scanned all 20 boxes, most likely breaking the contents inside. I was very unhappy with the service at this store and will be very hesitant to revisit this location.
