Brought my very expensive Cloud couch covers before the holidays to get cleaned. They returned the covers stating “they didn’t get to clean them due to the holidays”. With no problem at all I went and picked up my pillow covers. To my surprise I was missing 1 single pillow case. I triple checked my home to make sure I didn’t misplace and called the shop back. The owner proceeded to tell me that “he didn’t not have it and IT WASNT his problem and there was nothing that he can do for me” then hung up the phone. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and continued to look for my pillow case and it still has not come up. I’ve been calling the shop and they have been ignoring and forwarding my calls. Not quite understanding how me loosing a pillow case is going to benefit me in any way shape or form? Extremely unprofessional. Extremely rude. Don’t go to this place.

I have been using exclusive, dry cleaners in Coral Springs for many years. I keep going back because they are very good at what they do. The prices are fair and the service is excellent. I also like the drive-through feature.

I love Exclusive cleaners. I do all my dry cleaning with them. They are professional, courteous and very friendly. I had a stain on my son's tshirt and came right off. I highly recommend them ? ?

I never write bad reviews on small business because I understand what they go thru but when the owner of Exclusive Cleaners (next to Publix on University) told me to go back to where I came from ( I am Latin BTW ) I LOST any respect I had for her business. These are the shirts she delivered to us. Pink marks all over it. They took it back and after 2 weeks of soaking it to try to clean it, she gave them back “clean” and $7 to compensate for all the headaches we had over this and told me to go back to where I came from. Not OK. She said she thought I was from NY so I guess she doesn’t like New Yorkers or Latins!

Recently, I sent two suits with specific stains. When I received the first one with the same stain I talked with them but then I received the second one with the same stain again. It is a 0/5 service. Do not Easter your time there.
