I bought hair in this store and went to the salon inside to do my extension .Juliette the stylist installed only 16&18 and she kept the both 14 length of the hair extension I bought , she hiding the hair on your back while she install it You can not tell what she doing but in final I look and I have installed only long length when she done and she thinking that you will not see it .I did report it to her she lie about that she put them all but my head is the prouve and the store manager did not want to handle the problem . I am very disappointed of the costumer service and I ‘ll plan do go to the police to fill again them . DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE !!!!!

Customer service can be better as can be the racial profiling. I came back here to return some things I bought just yesterday. They do not do returns here just store credit or exchange. Anyways as soon as I came in the guy at the cashier called out “return? Come here” I walked to him at the register and he took my bag and said to go into the store to get what I’d exchange for. As I came back I told him I was returning all the things in the bag and would exchange for these…. I’m just saying I guess some people steal but that was just weird and uncomfortable. Only in a beauty supply store do they do stuff like this since customers are predominantly black.

They are over priced! Also to get the product for the lesser price you have to become a vip member. That makes no sense because there is an annual charge to become a member. Other beauty supply stores sells some of the products at the vip price. Consumers do your math before purchasing items at any elegant beauty supply store.

They are over priced! They have 2 prices listed on their products,. The lesser price is for vip members in which you have to pay an annual fee. The other price which is higher is for non vip members. Shoppers need to do their research and compare prices with other beauty supply stores before purchasing items at elegant beauty supply. As a vip member you do get the lesser price but that annual fee that you pay yearly needs to be factored in too.

A nice location (in a large plaza and across from Coral Square mall) with lots of variety in the products they carry. Priced fairly...I even found some things a bit cheaper here than Amazon. They have a salon in the back tho independently operated.

Was a fine experience until I went to check out. The cashier was rude and seemed to intentionally cough on my items. One of my products didnt have a label and she looked at me crazy. I had to remind her that she was the one on the clock and to please look it up. Lady got even more rude because she had to do her job. I will not be going to this store and I will be making sure the rude, nasty cashier with mole didn't up charge my products.

I have been here twice recently and If I didn't have this store credit I wouldn't go back. I came to pick up a few things for my trip. The selection is great. But when I went at night the customer service was horrible I went to check out and politely greeted the man ringing me up with a "hello". He said nothing, now maybe he just didn't hear me, I don't know. But he proceeded to just throw my stuff in the bad all aggressively. I ended up having three of the wrong things so I went back in the morning right when they opened. Of course they don't do refunds so I took the store credit but the lady who helped me in the morning was so much more pleasant. When I go to use my store credit that will be the tie breaker because they only got the stars because of her.

I hardly leave reviews but it was such a horrible experience. I regret spending money here. please spend your money somewhere else, the man at the front customer service is horrific.
