Not sure how a place can be so incompetent. I got there early to wait in line before they opened. Someone comes outside to ask us what we need. Told them I had an out of state license I need to get in state. They told me to stay in the line I’m in. As soon as I get inside the door, I see a sign for out of state licenses with a different line. So she told me to wait in the wrong line. So now my wait time is delayed because I’m behind a bunch of other people. Annoying, but not a huge deal. I wait for 40 minutes and when I get up to the counter, they at first told me that couldn’t perform the out of state title??? I was like what, it says you can. And she goes “oh okay, you’ll need all the documents. So from the start, was trying to get out of helping me. Then she tells me they need to do a VIN inspection on my car (I knew this so I was expecting this). However it was lightly raining outside. She told me they couldn’t perform it because it’s raining but I was welcome to wait until it stops but it was supposed to rain all day. She just said sorry we can’t help you. It would’ve been helpful if the person asking me what I needed when I first got there would have mentioned that so I didn’t waste 40 minutes. Do you think anyone told me about the rain?? Nope not one person. That policy is also not listed anywhere on their website. So infuriating how this could have been avoided
