Worked with Sean at a direct global shipping. Experience was excelling and pricing was super competitive to Europe. He searched around for different routes as each port has different prices. He found a great deals and was available almost 24/7 by text to answer questions. Will definitely use them again.

DO NOT use this “company”! Sean and Victor are crooks! I had shipped my belongings from Seattle Washington to Portugal and back. They had quoted me at one price for the return trip and when everything was done I ended up paying $25,000 extra for no reason other than Sean being lazy and negligent about his business practices! I had to pay storage fees, detention fees & late fees because Sean would not communicate with me and days/weeks we go by
I had nothing but stress and my accounts drained because of Sean being lazy, not communicating and again negligence. I would strongly suggest anyone considering using these guys, to NOT! You’ll be sorry if you do. I’m still trying to recover from these crooks

Despite being quoted a specific price for port fees, the actual charges ended up being three times higher. This blatant discrepancy between the quoted and actual costs reeks of dishonesty and deception.To exacerbate matters, individuals named Sean and Ricardo within the company colluded to exploit the situation further. They attempted to extort additional funds beyond our agreed-upon contract, holding my container hostage at the port. This deliberate act not only incurred daily fees of $150 but also created unnecessary stress and financial strain.Their modus operandi is clear: hold the container ransom, impose exorbitant daily fees, and coerce clients into paying inflated sums under duress. This coercive tactic is not only unethical but also indicative of a company devoid of integrity.Direct Global Shipping operates as a con company, with Sean and Ricardo epitomizing master con artists within its ranks. Sean at Direct Global Shipping bent over backwards to help me through many unexpected challenges shipping our household goods from Florida to Italy earlier this year. Simply responding - coming only with excuses... See other reviews about this company, they are identical. Not by any chance. Hiding themselves not to accept any registered letters, we have all proofs. Be very careful to do any business with this company and to lock yourself with any deposit. Run! Don't walk away from this "company" . My nightmare began in September 2022, it's December 2023 and the saga continues. There were things out of Sean's control but the lack of transparency, lack of professionalism and lack of communication is. I have sent emails, made phone calls, left voice mails and even begged via WhatsApp to no avail. Simply put horrible customer service. I was asked to remove a prior review but will not delete this one.
