I’ve been dealing with Diabetic Solutions for many years. They are always on top of things. my sons supplies are always ready and they are always calling me days ahead to schedule delivery. They know us when we call and if there’s ever a problem, they help just out immediately! Thank you to all the lovely ladies there!

I've been dealing with diabetic solutions for 9 months now ..I find them to be extremely professional reliable and helpful.. whenever I've had a problem they've addressed it.. as my medications are for ever changing and they're always on top of the changes and very accommodating ...I'm extremely happy with them especially because they deliver right to my door I don't have to run around for 9 medications every month

I received multiple phone calls from the company after requesting they take me off their list. One representative was so brazen as to let me know that they would continue calling me even after my request to be taken off of their calling list my response was I would prefer to go through my doctor her response was that’s fine this Hass to be approved by your doctor so we’ll just keep calling you. This is harassment this is unacceptable.

For any reason always forgetting or missing prescription and trusting that they will bring everything to your door and instead of make it up by sending it with someone else for delivery they will mail it to you it's ridiculous for a diabetic patients wait 3 or 4 days so what's the reason to have this service to help people without transportation.?:(
