The three pharmacy staff members that I came across tonight could not care any less about their customers. They are rude, unprofessional and lack proper pharmacy training. One ignored me completely and the other two had the worst attitude I've come across from a health care worker. They are lacking personal skills and the proper knowledge and experience needed to handle different circumstances when dealing with insurance companies. There's one too many bad reviews for this pharmacy staff and I hope our efforts are not going un noticed. Not only will I stop using this cvs location for myself and my children's rx needs but I will try my best not use any other cvs pharmacy moving foward. What I experienced tonight was very disappointing.

Their customer service is horrible!!!! STAY AWAY... too much attitude for NO REASON. If you don't like your job then leave, go find something else to do. I wish Publix pharmacy takes my insurance.

STAY AWAY. Every time it comes time to get medication for my children it’s a problem. Delays, lack of communication with doctors and insurance. CVS pharmacy has gone down hill and I will be reporting the poor service to the better business bureau. Medication is essential it’s not a game.

Will talk bad about customers once your distance away from them experienced this today at this store never again this was the older female worker at the front counter and I had to go outside to alert her that I was waiting for service because she was outside the store smoking

I never went to a CVS that had an excellent customer care employee like Karen provided me. She is a lady that tries to help you that when you leave you don't want to go to a different CVS.

Mr.Mark is best ever! I live 45 mins away from this location & he made my drive worth it. He assisted me with my passport pictures and has the best attitude from the moment he greeted me walking into the store. I have NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH EXCELLENCE EXPERIENCE IN ANY CVS!!! He is hands down the best guy I’ve come in contact with across any retail stores! Thank you for your outstanding assistance Mr.Mark !!

Wow. What a frustrating pharmacy department. They DoNot even acknowledge your existence and do not answer calls for the doctor to be able to call in medication. The pharmacist has a blank stare and does not even make eye contact.

Waited 45 MINUTES IN PHARMACY LINE. They close at 7pm and I’ve been sitting in my car waiting since 6:15. Why do they not have the 2nd pick-up lane open? NOBODY IS DROPPING ANYTHING OFF. Open it for pick-up and we would all be on our way.

I was a Walgreens Customer for 15 years. I have to tell you... "Esther" the pharmacist at 645 North University Drive, in Coral Springs Florida 33065. went out of her way to order my medicine. Not any other Walgreens, Not any other CVS that I called...and I must of call 10 pharmacys noone was willing to take 5 minutes to order my medicine for me, until I called CVS and got Esther on the phone and she said come in with your script and I will try to order it. Esther was successful. I am now transferring all my medicines to CVS because of a caring pharmacist name Esther....Thank you, Esther!Joanne Mignano

The worst CVS in the United States. The service there is not by American standards but by their countries standards and this has gotta change.I tried calling them to get my prescription they put me on hold for over an hour, then transfer me, then hung up or I'd hear them chatting in their native language and laughing THEN HUNG UP AGAIN.This went on for 3 days until I spoke to a man who clearly was an America.I told him I had been calling for 3 days. He was apologetic, he took my information and done. All the others were useless, seemed to me they were just there getting paid and not willing to help period.

Very bad service, they leave you holding forever and if you call the front desk to complain they say there’s nothing they can do. They also charge much much more for prescriptions compared to other pharmacies. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Was on hold for pharmacy for over 45 minutes. No one ever answered. I'm a longtime customer. Pretty poor CVS Pharmacy!
