Don't stop at this CVS, they likely won't have what you need because they only restock their shelves once a year.

Pharmacy staff was amazing. Rushed my prescription and was ready in less than 10 minutes.

I do love independent pharmacies; most are very thoughtful, take time with their patients and are soo personable. I can say that the CVS on University and Atlantic, although it is a chain, their pharmacists and staff are incredibly kind, they take the time to talk, explain and help their patients. They really have all the perks of a "small town store owner" that people would love.

This is by far the WORST pharmacy you can go to and the pharmacist is extremely rude. They messed my mothers prescriptions, which caused her to be without very important medication for a week. I called a several times a day asking if they corrected their error and they always lied, made up excuses and blamed another employee. I got fed up and moved all of my moms prescriptions to Walmart, which is the best. Walmart pharmacy is professional, accurate, and they have good customer service. Stay away from this CVS pharmacy! They are a liability and they really don't care.

Everytime I go in there there's always a always a problem... today was the last time. I would find a Walgreens down the street. It's not worth going there!

Rude employee at the register on Friday October 18th around 4:15 pm. Never I'm my life have I had the disrespect. You should not have rude people working for your company. I said please ma'am I just asked a question please don't be rude. She continued to say I'm not being rude. Never coming back. They need better staff representing CVS. It's not hard to be kind.

People in this store are very rude. I don't know why. They always have a face and they look like they are pissed

On the usual, this is a quick fix. The pharmacy staff, Bernice is very rude. I called to ask why wasn't the line moving through the drive thru, thinking a car was stuck, she instantly became irate and aggressive. I was so surprised! The Blonde cashier on the inside was rude beyond belief as well. She made us feel like We were bothering her. She was so rude it was unreal. The manager and the older lady are the only nice people there. Life is hard enough without having to go shopping to buy a sick family member medicine and getting mistreated. We no longer shop there ... sad bc it's so close. They should restaff ASAP. Including the pharmacy. I'm tired of getting yelled at.

This store look big on the outside, but feels cramped on the inside. I came in to get some candy and I almost walked out. The line was very long, and there was only one cashier. I left the hubs standing on line while I went to get my stuff. O do have ro say the cashier was fast. She was working two registers at once, while one person used the credit card reader to pay on one register, she was already ringing the next guest on the other. The store, like I said, is crammed full of stuff towards the front. It was messy. CVS always feels cramped to me. This particular store is located in Atlantic blvd and Coral Ridge drive. Convenient if you are headed towards the Sawgrass expressway.

This store is the farthest from my house, but my choice in pharmacy. It doesn't mean I won't, or don't go to any other--I certainly do, but when it comes to the pharmacy staff that I have trusted for two decades with our prescriptions, they're it! I can name pharmacists who are now retired, assistants who have worked here, graduated as pharmacists and are working at other stores now, and I can speak specifically of two who I still interact (unfortunately for us) on a regular basis: Kim and Kerline! There hasn't been a negative experience, even through issues with the system, or our insurance's disapproval of a specific medication. They have been on top of every detail and have delivered a satisfactory customer service experience. Can it be better? Certainly! We can all deliver excellence every day in what we do and who we come in contact with, but with that in mind, this is a great store. It's clean, merchandised, and well staffed.

I would like to leave my overall experience with your store located in Coral Springs, Florida. I have even made the time to contact corporate regarding this negative and ridiculous experience! I'm extremely upset and I can't believe that I have to go through all this to get an adjustment on my receipt, I came back the following day showing an email where there was a sale for $.11 per photo and I was charge $.35 per photo when you're copying 120 photos there's quite a bit of a difference here and you should honor it. At this point I don't even want the adjustment because you guys have caused me nothing but aggravation, A complete waste of my time and a headache. The very rude and untrained manager Lori that I had to deal with at the CVS location in Coral Springs Is a shame she is in the position in representing such a large company as CVS and needs to go back and learn customer service mannerism immediately! The good thing is I have choices where I can shop and where to get my prescriptions filled! You can keep my $22 extra dollars that you overcharged me. It's so worth keeping my sanity. Keep the money and apply it towards a better training so we can have better experiences!

Very uncaring, unfriendly Pharmacy staff. Was just told "eh, what are you gonna do?" by the "professional pharmacist when told that the prescription I've been waiting on for an hour is still delayed for my 1 year old son. I decided to give them a try after my normal Walgreens closed. No matter what I come in for, without fail it's a terrible experience. This was no different.
