This is the worst CVS ive been to. Ever. The Pharmacy is fine but the shelves are as empty as a grocery store during Covid. Nothing gets ordered and replaced. Empty shelves and end caps. If there is an item there is one and nothing behind it.

Avoid at all costs. They have a guy at the window that you can barely understand (very heavy accent), and he wasn't the friendiest person either, which I can't even blame him when you have to ask him to repeat what he said 5x. It seems like it'd be common sense to put 1 of the other 2 pharmacists behind him at the window and let him fill prescriptions, but common sense is rare these days when it comes to customer service.

The minute clinic here needs a new name because it is anything but that. I had an appointment for 10:40 and I wasn't seen until 10:50 and then told to sit down and wait for nurse practitioner. She was already running behind. Mind you I am sick so I don't want to wait long. I was not seen until 11:30. There excuse is computer issues. Won't be going back there again.

Fernande Simeon is what people absolutely can not stand about some practitioners.. bottom of the barrel and if they put this woman in a hospital they would absolutely eat her alive.. I truly think she works here so she can get her rocks off being a total b****.. and I said what I said because if you go here you'll see what I mean..

If you are looking for a pharmacy that picks up the phone in a timely manner, this is not the one. If you are looking for a pharmacy where they don’t lose your paper RX written by Doctor, this isn’t the one. If you are looking for a pharmacy that tries to own up to their mistake and make it right, this is not the one. Go down the block to Walmart or Publix you will do much better there.

By far the worst CVS i have ever been too. 1 star is really more than they are worthy of. Nothing but lazy, slow moving, feet dragging folks that work here. Store is obviously understaffed. Average time to get your meds here is 30 mins plus. Drive thru is never an option, always 15 cars deep. Find another place to spend your hard earned money!!!

Just so you know if you are calling in, they do not even recognize there might be seven callers on hold because they never pick up the phone. The absolute worst, worst pharmacy ever

What a piece of crap! This pharmacy is the worse. They send out messages that medication is ready to wait 45min in line (with two cars ahead). Get to the window, "sorry, we need 15min". I mean, Wtf?!?

The staff at this location are friendly but their demeanor does not outweigh the tremendous operational inefficiencies. The drive through window has been broken for weeks or months, everyone has to wait inside in line. The phone is hardly answered in the pharmacy making it impossible to ask questions about scripts. I received the wrong amount of medicine and had to return to the store to sort it out. It’s painful to come to this location and I recommend going to a different CVS or pharmacy entirely.

So we came for a sports physical with appointment at 11am we have now been just standing in line without greeting for 20 minutes we may have to just leave because I need to go to work but we still need the sports physical for my daughter basketball ,, honestly if there's no staff just call and reschedule everyone, we are not the only ones standing here this is sooo ridiculous the wait, absolutely zero customer service!

I called CVS regarding Rapid COVID Test. I did not speak to a person but automated voice was very helpful. It gave me the website to book a location. This was very helpful.
