I've had to often wait weeks to get meds. That said, I've had limited success with the alternative medicine from this pharmacy. And the meds cost a fortune (through my doctor).

I am a manager at an anti-aging practice. We have been using many of Cre8's products for years. We rarely use other companies at this point.We find their products to be of the highest quality, being very consistent in their efficacy with duplicatable results from patient to patient. Their pharmacists are highly knowledgeable and provide a lot of guidance and suggestions. Customer service is excellent. It is always a pleasure working with Cre8. We give them our highest recommendation.

I am a nurse/office manager at a regenerative medicine clinic, and we exclusively work with CRE8 for ordering Peptides. CRE8 has excellent customer service, competitive prices, and expert staff. I will continue to work with CRE8 for as long as they're open!

I am taking their tirzepatide for a month. I don’t think it is well sourced or the real thing. Maybe plastic from China or salt version. Not impacting insulin or weight loss.

What a horrible place. This company does not understand customer service. I would think twice before creating an account with this compound pharmacy. Micheal one of the account managers is rude and he belittles clients. The pharmacist will not speak to a registered nurse over the phone and would rather speak to the MD. The question was what is the dose of a particular peptide he would not give the answer and responded " if you do not like this pharmacy find another one". The company will allow you to order peptide but will not provide medical professionals with answers to questions. Also, I would verify the correct amount of liquid in vials, clients have complained of missing liquid in their vials. The entire staff is rude and I would not trust them.

Taylor S. takes customer service the next level! She is available, courteous, informative, professional, and the very best pharmacy rep in the business!
