I will drive 40 mins just to come to this Costco! I've gone to several Cotscos around in FL and this one remains undefeated. It's big, ample room for parking, it's got all the deals but I did notice the Davie one gets the deals out FIRST. So if something is discounted storewide, Davie's Cotsco has it first and THEN days later, the Coral Springs location. For me, it really depends where I'm at since I drive around a lot.

Jay or Jai (sp) the pharmacist is discriminatory, rude, unprofessional and narcissistic in his behavior and attitude toward not only local physicians but our valued patients as well. I agree with the post from 11 months ago listed below as a physician who has experienced his unprofessionalism which has included hanging up on patients and myself for simply having an inquiry. The two posts that highlight his behavior as exemplary six months ago are clearly an attempt to raise reviews because they are untrue and not representative of him AT ALL. The same language is used in both including "friendly and knowledgeable" in both reviews which highlights the likelihood of them being fake which is really sad and unfairly misleading. Jai has refused to fill valid prescriptions I have submitted as a provider in Coral Springs and tells patients I am a "teladoc" because I am licensed in multiple states. Despite proving my local address, current license in FL, Current FL DEA, website, office phone, and NPI. I am a member of this store and will be filing a formal complaint with the regional pharmacy manager and calling the store this a.m. as well given this is against the Florida Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Statutes Title XLVI Chapter 893. My patient is still waiting on medication to be filled although I have a local brick and mortar practice in Coral Springs. He is not representative of the great service that this Costco has and is a major cause of these poor reviews. His behavior needs to be addressed and this is not my norm to leave reviews but my patients are leaving me VM stating they cannot get their medicine and are being hung up on. This is unfair to this community and it is detrimental to my practice.

Same store and business model from location to location. The only thing that really changes are the amounts of cars in the parking lots and crowds in the stores.What can I say about Costco... It's HUGE and they sell everything in ULTRA LARGE packages. I like their selection of frozen foods (just be prepared to store these food packages and take out what you need.) Frozen food does not last forever so buy what you need, not in speculation of a year from now.Also, just because it comes in big packages and it's piled high DOES NOT mean that it always a good deal. Shop the items and be prepared to measure the per piece cost.They have a very generous return policy and I have never been "stuck" with anything I truly wasn't happy with our did not perform up to speck.You can't go wrong with the oversized packages of cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, plates, etc...I like and use their luggage and feel that their private label brands are built well, this includes their clothing.I still can't figure out how their cashiers move so quickly through mountains of filled carts and it still take me 5 minutes to get a container of milk through the cashier at my local supermarkets.I like this location in Florida. They always have an extremely friendly team here and great stock.KUDOs to the team at Costco.

The clown in charge of seafood need to get replaced ASAP. I've had to return fish 2 times. Today I went back and was amazed by how bad the salmon looked. Took pics, look for yourself. Someone is going to get sick.

I am a frequent visitor to Costco Pharmacy and every time I go there, I am impressed with their service. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in filling my prescriptions. Jai Abraham, the head pharmacist here, has always provided exceptional customer service and demonstrated a high level of expertise in his field. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided valuable information on how to properly take my medication. His professionalism and attention to detail are outstanding.Aside from Jai's great performance, the pharmacy as a whole is exceptional. The checkout process is always quick and hassle-free, and the pharmacy staff always makes sure that all my questions are answered.As a frequent visitor to Costco Pharmacy, I highly recommend them for their excellent service. Jai and the rest of the staff truly make a difference in the lives of their customers. Thank you, Costco Pharmacy, for always providing great service

We get all our medications filled at Costco, because they have an efficient text based system, it reminds you when there is a refill coming up and take it upon themselves to contact Dr's office if needed. Also the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Jai the main pharmacist is extremely helpful, takes time out of his busy schedule to answer questions and sorts out any issue with Rxs. I have tried out many other pharmacys and this location is the most efficient and helpful.

I haven't had a Costco membership in many years, They are a little too far from me and since I have other warehouse clubs closer I never needed to. However, I found a wine cooler on their website that I wanted so I had to bite the bullet. This review is for both that online purchase and their newest Coral Springs Club. The wine cooler was already cheaper than the manufacturer website, they offered free white glove shipping and when I proceeded to purchase I got an additional $300 off (cyber Monday) Delivery was supposed to be 3-4 weeks. I for it in less than 2. The guys who delivered were great. Did the install where I wanted, took all the packaging and gave me instructions. Five star service.Their Coral Spring club is massive. I haven't been to. Costo club in over 10 years, I didn't remember they pretty much sell everything! Their wine selection is awesome, and so is their meat department. I've already bought more things that I need. The pitfall of a warehouse club I guess. You want it all. And they certainly have it. Service is also great. Every employee I have dealt with has been really nice. Do I recommend? I will most likely renew my membership!

Also, it is hit or miss as to whether they will fill a script submitted electronically unless you call to ask for status. Never mind if there is a problem with the script...you will get ZERO and I mean ZERO feedback that there is a problem unless you call. So ZERO customer service and ZERO customer care and ZERO stars.

This Costco is terrible.Not as busy as most, but customer service is zero.They really harass the crap out of you in regard to membership upgrade also. It's quite obvious at this point, one guy helps you offload one or two things from your cart then hits you up for a membership upgrade, the cashier then hits you up for a membership upgrade and then the cashier calls the Costco police over to grab your card and scan it, where she begins to berate you if you don't upgrade.Frustrating joke.

Started out friendly but it changed fast. I had an item go on sale and had the price go lower after my initial purchase. Costco has a policy that if an item goes on sale within 30 days of your original purchase they will adjust your purchase price to match the current price by giving you the difference. Been this way for years. I have been a member since the mid 1990s. Costco makes over 80% of their income from membership fees. This Costco gave me the price difference and gave me back more than they were supposed to. It was on October 10th, 2022. Costco updated their computer system and you don't get cash back or even give your credit card to do a transaction with a refund anymore. The new system just uses your original card to send any refund back. I had kids and a basket with me going towards the exit, and stopped to do the price comparison fix. Didn't get a receipt or didn't see it. Costco never called me when they realized almost two weeks later that they overpaid me. Locked my account without notice. I went to another Costco and while checking out I was informed of the issue. I immediately addressed the problem and drove on a Friday around 5 pm to this Costco almost 40 minutes away from the other Costco and back home by the Costco where I live. Paid the $300 back to Costco. I get it's their money but it's the way it was handled. Locking my account like I made the error without calling me. My number and address is on the account. Called Costco tonight and the manager said they should have called me. Won't shop here again and question being an Executive Member any longer. My account is unlocked and the amounts were fixed. Just not done in the highest customer service possibility.

7/1/2022 This location has a very rude cashier ( didn't get her name ) She has glasses and is tall in her late 40's early 50's has shoulder length grey hair. I picked up bananas they weren't wrapped and some of the bananas were ripped off it was maybe 5 out 8 bananas. She said she couldn't ring up the bananas because it comes as a package I mentioned that's how I picked them up she said no they usually come wrapped she asked another worker to put them back and didn't ask if I would like a new pair of bananas. The way she went about the situation was very rude.
