Customer Service is terrible, ‘we strive ourselves on 100% customer satisfaction’, this is further from the truth
I was referred to this location by a friend to see a specific salesperson to purchase a car for my son. However, that salesperson is no longer employed there so they referred me to someone else. Well, needless to say I wasn’t impressed with the staff and the services rendered. I was pretty much told they did me a favor (Lol?) after we addressed some minor damage we noticed on the car, after the paperwork had been completed. Even the young lady doing the insurance wasn’t very welcoming.
When your mind tells you to leave, LEAVE, lesson learned. I just purchased my Honda Accord (not even a year old) from RICK CASE HONDA, the staff is AMAZING, effective, efficient and fast…they can have my money because they’re nice…..next time I’ll stick with what I know.

Horrible experience from buying the lemon of a truck, to not wanting to unwind the deal, to the extent of being rude and unhelpful trying to cancel my product cancellation they over charged me with. Trying to cancel my gap, and the finance manager Israel didn’t really care to help. Also reaching out to JMA for there assistance and review of what is happening at this dealership.

Just bought a preowned Kia Sedona from Coral Springs and it was a quick and great experience!Saw the listing on Autotrader.com and called the dealership to check if they had the van instock since I was coming from Naples. Wulff checked and confirmed they did, Wulff got us setup with Bernie who had the van ready for us to test drive as soon as we got there and greeted us as soon as we got out of our car. We agreed to a great deal and signed the papers. Thank you to Bernie and Paul for a great car buying experience!Definitely will recommend Coral Springs to my family and friends if they are in the market for a vehicle. And I will be skipping all the dealers here in Naples next time I'm in the market for another vehicle.

I've been dealing with this toxic company for three years. They've been screwing good people backwards and forwards triple time. When your dealing with a company that have change management 6 times within a 3 years span should tell you something. They robbed me blind, added their own add ons to my contract to make a profit. And leaving me with an expensive car payment. By next year I will be trading in my scammer car for a reliable car from a reliable dealership. Not this fly by night company. Not going to mention they dodge you when you come in the store so they don't have to assist you. Very shady company.

Don't buy a car from these guys. The price they quoted me for a car was way over blue book value, had about 3k in dealer fees added in. Other dealerships charge way less than fees and offer deals much closer to blue book. Easy to find out - if you talk to them, insist they tell you directly what their out the door price is, after all taxes, title, fees, etc. Compare that price to Blue Book and what you are asked to pay for a similar car at other dealerships. They also tried to divert from a conversation into inquiries about a test drive and other s***** moves that often get people distracted from a car dealer ripping you off. They were polite, but who cares if that ultimately is just a rip off with a smile.

I went with my Grandson to the pre owned dealer at Coral Springs Auto Mall. We were serviced by a gentleman named Sheldon. He was probably the best car salesman I ever dealt with. He was receptive, profession, understanding and had a great sense of humor. This was my Grandson's first experience at a dealership and it was very positive. Although we went elsewhere for insurance the young man who handles that was also very nice, sorry don't remember his name. Also want to give a thumbs up to the finance person. He worked very well with this first timer. As long as I can work with Sheldon I will definitely go back.

buy a pre-own car there expecting free pain, after going to some of the managers, he laugh on me and tell me that he was not a mechanic and he only know to sale cars, thanks to this manager I don't stop to have nightmares. I even call several time the General manager, leave voice mail to report this conduct and guest what nothing, for sure on the same level of pour and mediocre customer service and support. if you really want to be treated as a customer go some place else that honor what they said. unfortunately for me I was on the rush I should go to Weston Nissan pre-own where they really care and offer high end customer service.

Amazing experience at this dealership. Recently bought a used Ford F-150 with my husband. The customer service was outstanding. The truck was in great condition at a great price.

We had a great experience at Coral Springs auto mall!! We got a great car with low miles and we don't have such great credit, Robert ocasio had us out in 2 hours ! Something unheard off, we were really pleased with the service ! And will highly recommend him !
