Most dishonest and disrespectful dealer I have ever seen! I sent Jorge and David the details of a deal that I have and I got a confirmation by phone and text from their sales manager that they can beat this deal if I’m present in person. I took time off from work, left my kids on Halloween night ( to get end of month deal!), and drove a total of 6 hours. I was told that they can’t even match the deal I got. Their best offer was 6k more than the deal I have. Never met David or Jorge because they were busy! Their general manager didn’t have the dignity to come out and talk to me and I was given his business card to give him a call! Their customer service personal called me after I left. We got disconnected, not sure if she hung up or was a signal issue but I never got a call back! Just got back home, it’s midnight, didn’t buy a car and missed this year’s Halloween with my kids! What a shame!

Samantha was pleasant and extremely welcoming, it’s rare when you find people with such bright energy and expert customer service! She even noticed that my email was written down wrong by whoever sold me my car. She went up and beyond in helping me as soon as i pulled in. I know shes a complete stranger but customer service like that deserve some kind of raise, she is a prize to Nissan!

Charles made all the difference with this buying experience, but everyone I worked with was great. Everyone took the time to explain each step, and what was happening, which I very much appreciated. Shout out to Charles, John and PJ who took great care to ensure I had the best experience with Coral Springs Nissan!

Very happy with our experience at Coral Springs Nissan! They got us into a beautiful car within the price point we told them about. Many other places we went to prior quoted our monthly payments as double what we were looking for. We worked with Frank, he was great!! Highly recommend this dealership.

I was disappointment I had a 9 AM appointment for my car. I bought my car there about six cars between Nissan in Honda Coral Springs I have my air condition. Problem checked the advisor told me you’ll be about three hours. I question ice is three hours before it gets checked for an appointment how long do you wait without an appointment, I say OK at 12:15. I called him because I said call me for updates. I ask him any word on girl what’s up my car the advisor said I told you to be three hours. I said Tom I go it is three hours now it’s two hours and 45 minutes. I didn’t write it up till 930. This was ridiculous to make such sarcastic comment to me. All you have to do is say I’ll find out for you and there’s no word on. It basically w tell me why am I calling? I had up showing up there at 1:30 he told me yeah I just have to get the numbers ready for you to see what it is to be fixed. It’ll be another 25 minutes. I went over to the manager of parts and explain to him horrible service I was having he reacted right way and he apologized and I said I mean it’s ridiculous for me to wait this long for him to talk the way he did. He gave me a different advisor. They told me it’s gonna cost $1600 to fix my air conditioner but that doesn’t guarantee that it’ll be fixed. They have to check auto parts once they did that which I thought was crazy. They wanted me to spend $1600 with no guarantee that it’s gonna work. It might have more complications after they do that I went along the car was going to take all day they said until tomorrow, so they gave me a rental car which I appreciate it, but I really wasn’t satisfied with the service

My drop off was great but pickup was slow, I waited probably 10 minutes for the service advisor then he told me they owe me a car wash since the car wash was down and then when I got in the car, my seat was all the way reclined / totally moved , no exaggeration , and the air was down to 64 ?? At least put the seat back to the upright position ?? I mean what was the tech lying down when they test drove the car. Took me forever to readjust the seat. My car could really have used a wash but getting into the car with the seat all the way down and totally readjusted was not considerate . Having had a Hyundai for many years, I can now appreciate their service. My seat was never so out of whack when the car was returned , and even the air was never down so low.

This is the only dealership that opened its doors to new immigrants like us. All the rest turned us down without even trying. Great experience by far. The only thing that I was disappointed about is, I had to replace my side mirrors and part of my dashboard. My car is brand new. It has not been 2 months yet. Other than that, all is well. Kudos to Team Nissan Coral Springs!

Had a great experience at the service station here at Coral Springs Nissan! Yanna was very helpful, both informative and friendly! She made getting an oil change very easy and explained everything going on with my car very well. We will definitely be coming back here for my next car service.

I was there this morning to get an oil change I had a coupon for a free oil change I get them all the time so I went ahead got to the place at about 6:00 in the morning. I proceeded to give this guy Andreas Rivera service consultant they go through them like forget it well this guy asked me how do I want to pay I gave him a coupon telling him I had a free oil change he says wait a minute man it looks like you used it once before well please tell me why I get at least two to three a week I got a whole stack in my house I gave him three of them to show him I was not playing around I asked if I could speak to his manager Eric some blonde guy in the next office he was very snarky very snippy as well did not appreciate that at all. I have been leasing my cars from this place for over 25 years I don't think I'll be going back there anytime soon they have just lost a customer over a lousy oil change which they could have done and accepted the coupon.

I cannot tell you how incredibly grateful I am of Lincoln. Not only was he extremely an incredible professional. He was so kind, and was so willing to help me with all my questions and needs but mainly I just want to thank him because I was having a very bad day, and he made a very, very bad day, turned into an incredible day. And so understanding and honestly this is the first time that I’ve been back to Coral Springs dealership and I’ve received this type of kindness. This is the type of customer service that needs to be across the board. I gave him a 10 out of 100. He was that great. Please train your people to be like him. Thank you. Have a great day.

Coral Springs Nissan is awesome especially Fred Chester from sales he goes above and beyond to ensure that his customers are happy. You do not walk away feeling like this guy didn’t do his absolute best to help you. They should have a million of you working there. However, I think the finance guys should put in the same energy when coming up with a lower payment plan. If they don’t and we the customers walk away then there are no sales. Overall great team to work with over at Coral Springs Nissan.
