I went there to inquire about a trade in. Everything went well I was pre approved with the amount for my trade in and no down payment. They even had me ring the gong and everything. Now after the finance is handling it they asked me to put money down. They asked me for $1k I said now I signed the paper for zero. Then they asked me if I could do $500 I said no again. I was so overwhelmed I ended up crying. Worst experience I've ever had. They came back with an offer of $2k down and close to $600 monthly. I got up to leave and they convinced me to stay. They were saying they're gonna work with the bank to get my original offer approved. That wasn't even the worst part. My salesman and that finance guy were actually nice. It was KAL MOUSA. That bald headed idiot called MY phone telling me i didn't get approved and rushing me to get to the dealership. I expressed to him how stressful this entire process is for me and he tried to convince me to come to the dealership to look at other options. I told him they don't have anything that I like. He said he can find a car for me but it has to be new to be approved by the bank. I told him I'm certain y'all don't have a car and I don't wanna waste my time. To which he stated he had one on stand by just for me. Now the next day he called me while I'm at work asking me to come in AGAIN. Not to mention he kept calling me Cynthia and I've told him time after time it's not my name. But anyways, I text him to make sure the car has all the features I'm looking for he said yes it has everything. WHY DO I DRIVE 25 MINUTES TO CAR THAT DOESNT HAVE ANYTHING I WANT. Then he's had the nerve to come in my face and tell me a 2024 Nissan Sentra (no SV no SL just basic) is gonna be $650 monthly. That car is 22k with no Sunroof and no leather seats nothing special about it! I even told him I'm not paying any higher than my current payments and still this the offer he brought me. I asked him why he lied to me and said he has a car for me when he doesn't he has no answer even tried to say he didn't lie. SIR YOU'RE A LIAR !! This dealership is full of tricks and schemes! I wouldn't recommend getting a car from here at all! Also: This dealership doesn't have any snacks or beverages or anything! So imagine sitting in a dealership for HOURS nothing but a baby sized water to drink and coffee. The Nissan in Weston had double chocolate muffins! This place is terrible.

I am really speechless and don't know how to resolve this issue. I was pre approved then told by the sales manger it can be beat it was not.he promised me a rate he could not get. My credit was ran 6 times and I had a pre approval from my bank. I was lied to by the sales manager to make a sale and the finance department tried to hide it. They run a bait and switch and it needs to be stopped avoid at all costs.

I purchased cars in the past from them and I will never use them again. They attempted to take advantage of my 81 year old mother. The salesmen are poorly trained and try to get a GM on the phone , almost impossible. We are going to report them to the FLHSMV, several groups that protect the elderly and Nissan Corporate. My Aunt was high up in the corporate office for 30 years in Texas so she was appalled by the situation and she is going to right the complaint. Do not buy from these thugs.

Went with my wife to check on a new car. My salesman was fine, but then they sent a manager calked Khalel or something like that. He was a bully as he started to talk to us. Absolutely rude! Never will come back!

I called 4 times to be put on hold all 4 times for so long it went back to the customer service desk. Drove 45 mins on a donut to be told that they couldn't verify my warranty until tomorrow. I live 2 hours away and couldn't drive that far on a donut. Had they answered the phone, I would not have wasted my time going there. I had to pay for a tire to get hack home. Customer Service here SUCKS!!

Horrible horrible dealership! Stay far away from this place, do yourself a favor.If you purchase a car here, you will deal with a chaotic and dishonest salesmen lying to you and overcharging you with each breathe. The intake team lies to you just to get you in and trap you in.If you need service, prepare to be HORRIFIED, with incompetent technicians and rude service reps, who waste your time. Terrible dealership across the board. We wonder who owns this terrible dealership, and doesn’t give a darn about its customers.This is perhaps the worst Nissan dealership in the nation. AWFUL, awful, it does not get any worse than this.

If you have been a victim of Coral Springs Nissan/Coral Springs Auto Mall please contact the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV)Margate Office 1135 Banks RoadMargate, FL 33063 954-497-1570flhsmv.gov/locations/bro…It took 60 days to get my registration and title. Under Florida law it should have been only 30 days. They applied for new plates even though I wanted the plates transferred from the car I was turning in. Don't walk, RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The first thing I'd say, DO NOT go into this dealership alone if you are not educated in the car market and how it works because the one thing I can GUARANTEE you, is that you will be manipulated by these "finance guys". They 100000% take advantage of anyone who doesn't know their stuff. I am a VERY loyal client of Nissan, have done 2 leases within the past 5-6 years, but this will be my LAST. Received a phone call from "VIP Manager" who claimed that I had equity on my lease & she could get me into a new car with the same or lower payments, while putting $$ in my pocket. I go to sit down for TWO HOURS for them to offer $700 in equity on a brand new vehicle with less than 15K miles AND THEN, wanted to charge me almost double the monthly payment, than what I'm paying now. AND THEN, want me to come out of my pocket for a down payment. They must really think people are fucking stupid. I had every intention of getting into a new lease after this one expired, but after today- this will be the last time I EVER do business with Coral Springs Nissan. VIp management should have never reached out to me with this bullshit offer because that cost this company a returning customer. Talk about sleepy car salesman. The only two worthy car salesmen in this facility is Loxely and Benjamin. These guys miss out on sooo much commission because the Finance department (guy named Jorge) wants to fuck around with numbers for their own personal gain. Jorge doesn't even respect your time. Went to go "run the numbers again" -- took him 30 minutes & he had the audacity to come back with the SAME # & terms.. make it make sense.. Every time I leave this place, I leave frustrated. I would leave 1/2 a star because the Customer Relations Manager - Anthony, called me after I left & was very apologetic about the situation. Said he would look into what happened. However that was hours ago & I have yet to hear from him again. Save yourself the headache.

I am reviewing Coral Springs Nissan today. I was looking for a new 2023 Nissan rogue S. When I talk to the Internet department they told me yes we have 115 Nissan rogue's on site. I arrived at the location and asked to speak to Josh. I passed two salesman and I ask to speak to Josh . Both told me no Josh worked there. Josh is the Internet sales department. I was amazed that people didn't know other coworkers at the same location. That was the first indication that somethings not right. Customer service desk next. Josh came out and introduced and turned me over to a salesman named Charles. Charles was a really nice salesmen that assessed our need and went above and beyond trying to locate the vehicle that we were looking for. When he couldn't locate it, he brought down a different vehicle and we did like the looks of the vehicle but it was like $6000 more than the one we were looking at. A finance guy I think his name was Andres. Not exactly sure, but we spoke to him for quite a while. He told us the ins and outs of the vehicle and told us that the vehicle that we were looking for wasn't available, but they would have to find a vehicle and get it to the dealership the following day. We told him ok. We were there approximately three hours at this time sitting in the dullest reception area that I have ever seen in any dealership. tables all over the place with the salesman sitting at these tables versus sitting in cubicles like I'm normally see. New customers were in the tables any customer next to you could hear the conversations that we were having and Vice versus. Well after over three hours, the general manager came over to us. I got a un welcome feeling from him. He made me feelLike he was doing us a favor selling us a car. Saying something like "can you put down a deposit so we can go get the car you want?" I told himNo, I'm not putting down a deposit for a car that's not even at the dealership. Then he said something like " they told me you were ready to buy" hmmm I thought to self! You just lost a sale with an attitude like that. Charles and the finance guy I would say they had excellent customer service skills and made me feel like a valued customer. The general manager actually lost that sale from us because of the way he was making me feel.The biggest turn off was that if I did not hear the statement "we are the number one volume dealer " in all of the United States at least 30 times. So onto the next dealership we went the next couple of days and we purchased the vehicle that we wanted from a competitor, and everything went smooth
