I was car shopping for months, but my first dealership was Coral Springs Kia with Peter M. After two months and visiting 5 different dealerships I still wanted to go back to work with Peter for his genuine, experience, and high level of professionalism. As a women, going to car dealerships alone can feel intimidating, here I never felt rushed nor that he just wanted get a sale. Peter took his time to explain all the things I asked and made sure I got in the right model and trim. With ease I can say I’d go back time and time again to Coral Springs Kia and refer to any of my friends and family there. Feels good to be part of the Kia family now too!

From pulling up not knowing where to go I was able to be pointed in the right direction. I appreciate the organization and promptness of attention to my vehicles issue. Frank stayed in contact and let me know what was happening to the best of his ability. The kindness of the shuttle driver and calmness gave me a secure sense of I was in good hands. Let me start by saying this place is a joke and they lie.
First of all I believe the good reviews posted are based on promises they offer to give free service if the customers leave review on their surveys because that's what they did to me.
I been leasing since 2013 with Toyota, never had an issues. In 2022, I wanted a minivan that didn't look like a minivan so I went to Kia and saw the Carnival and I loved everything about the car. So I leased it but unlike the other dealers, you have to pay for oil change service its not free with the lease. It was always free with toyota. My husband lease with Chevy and his was free as well. They told me I only get 1 free service. After my free service they called me and said to do the survey review and they will give me the answers to choose and if I do that they will give me another service. Since my lease don't offered it, I agreed. After that service, They told me to keep getting the free oil changed service, I have to keep doing the review and giving them good rating. So I did and the oil change was free but I had to pay for the tire rotation because it wasn't not included like the other dealers ??♀️.
The third time I did the survey and I tried to remember the answers they gave me before. But there was 1 answer that asked if I got the my car the same way I brought it in and I put yes . When I went back for a free oil change they said I can't get the free service because I was supposed to put that I got my car "better" than they way it came and not the "same". I told them that the car was the same way so because of that they say they can't honor the free service. So I went somewhere else and pay way less with the tire rotation. So that mean this place is fraud. They'll give you free service if you lie on their surver review. 1 of the representative print out the answer for me and said this is what i meed to go by to get the free service.
After that, my car tires kept going bad, I didn't even have that car that long. I went to 4 tire place without mentioning anything they all said the same thing that I have an alliagnemt issue that why my tires keeps going bad. when I took the car to kia they said the car pass the alliagnemt.. after going back and forth I did the alliagnemt somewhere else I see a big difference in the car. What's weird is that I rarely drive the car car the mileage is very low that it trashes linger for me to do service on the car because I don't really go anywhere. Everything I need is 15-20 mins away from so why am I having alliagnemt/tire issues with just having the car after 2 years.
I forgot to mention they don't top-off your low fluid like they said they would. When I changed my oil elsewhere they showed me how low my coolant, and windshield wiper fluid was, under the minimum line. Wish I checked my car before leaving kia after they claim to do my car and they keep my car for 4-5 hours.
Not to mentioned from the time I got the car I've been there over 4 imes for a recall issues. I've never had this experience with Toyota. I have 10 months left with my car and I can't WAIT to return their vehicle back to them or trade it with Toyota instead
