Not the friendliest people. The approach to customers can be a lot better consultant was not very good at engagement with Customer. Got my car back, and my radio was still apart and the consultant drove the car up to pickup area. Consultant stated to me he did not even notice my radio was not intact.. My expectations was not what I expected from Springs auto mall.

After they sell you the car, no one starts responding! I literally texted my sales guy and his manager and they both said they’ll call me back and nobody did. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for the past three days and nobody wants to answer. This is the kind of service you get from this dealer. I knew I should’ve never bought from here.

This time , I request a different advisor and I was lucky in off to get a peruvian ( Spanish) guy with alot of skills on customer service. His name is Luis. The car is running great and am so happy with the results. I recommend this dealer for any repairs.
