Three years ago, I purchased three vehicles from this dealership, and the level of customer service was amazing.
However, my recent experience was completely disappointing.Today, I returned to upgrade one of the vehicles I purchased previously, and I was shocked by the drastic change in the quality of service. From the manager to the sales representative, the way they treated us was far from satisfactory.
Their attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, which was quite surprising given my past positive experiences.
I was never offered a walk-around of the vehicles, and I felt like I had to guide the sales representative on what to do. He asked me to look up the stock number myself, and once he had it, he took forever to get the key and show me the car. It felt like he was being forced to assist me. When I was finally in the yard, I had to take it upon myself to look around and ask another representative if it was okay to check out the car.
It's so sad that nowadays, the sales representatives seem to only care about how much down payment you have and if your credit score is high. Customer service and genuine assistance have taken a back seat to these factors.
Overall, I am very disappointed with how things have changed at this dealership. I hope they can return to the high standards they once had.

Donald B. was absolutely the best to work with. From the moment we spoke on the phone, to walking into the dealership, we felt like we were treated like humans! He listed to our budget and wants and we walked out with the car we wanted for our daughter. His GM Mark was quick to respond and helpful through the process. Made the process go very smoothly! Appreciate it guys! 2nd Kia for this family!

Best in town. If you guys ever go to the Honda dealership in that square to purchase, lease, or look around ask for Eroll he is the best at what he does. Helped me and a family member get our vehicles.

I would not recommend no one to go to Coral Springs auto Mall. This company has gone to the dogs. I just purchased a vehicle. The trunk of my vehicle don’t open and I went back to get it fixed. They want me to come out of pocket and I have not had this vehicle for five months yet. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Brought my GMC Sierra 1500 3.0 Diesel for a Check engine light. Service department had my truck for 2 weeks before diagnosis. Was an exhaust filter when they finally diagnosed it. Cleaned the filter, no parts needed.
They told me it would be $450 for 2 hrs of labor. I told the service agent I was going to need to talk to the Service manager, agent got angry and hung up on me.
Went there spoke to the manager, reduced the cost, but wouldn’t wave it. Told me they had only 1 mechanic there who works on diesel’s.
Had my truck for 2 weeks, was hung up on and still charging me.
Never going to give them my business again.
