We bought a Cove dishwasher and had 2 issues within a year. The first issue was fix in a week (drying issues). The second issue won’t be looked at in two weeks (washing cycle doesn’t finish). We are hand washing dishing.. ridiculous…. I recommend staying away from the Cove dishwasher.

Had such a great experience with this company. I am new to Coral Springs went to the show room and I felt at home. Chris gave me a tour and educated me on my options. Purchased a built in microwave, they came to install it and my cabinet was not a standard size. The installer (Mark W.) did not give up on me. He called their cabinet company and the carpenter came to my house right away, made the modifications and it worked! Very happy customer. This is the only place to purchase your appliances.

Excellent! I bought Wolf appliances from Coral Springs Appliance and their service and knowledge was outstanding. In all my interactions with Chris Chadwick, she went above and beyond and provided me with expert guidance on the selections. She was responsive and made the entire process smoother for me. This is definitely a go-to place if you are looking for high end appliances!

The pandemic supply chain issues have had an oversized effect on the appliance business, but these guys are truly the best around. Mark Chadwick walked us through the entire process of selecting the right appliances with the benefit of decades of experience in this area. He not only guided us towards the best appliances for our needs, but also steered us away from other brands that were overpriced or where the quality has dropped despite the generally perceived value of the brand. What sales person these days is this honest and fair? Mark Chadwick is, that's who!The supply chain difficulties were handled with courtesy, understanding and patience despite our repeated (and undoubtedly a bit annoying) phone calls and texts. They came though for us in the end and we are extremely happy and grateful for their skill, kindness, and knowledge of the appliance industry.You simply will not find this combination of great attributes anywhere else in Florida. They are truly top-notch!

The showroom is amazing!!!!!! While we were careful not to touch a lot ...seeing the equipment and actually handling the equipment we see in magazine...made our choices easier ..and planning to buy ..easier...and thank you Chris for helping us.

Can I give 10 stars!!!! I can't say enough wonderful things about Chris and the great team of installers! They were professional, respectful, neat and did the most amazing job installing and checking to be sure everything was perfect. They arrived each time when they said they would and worked until the job was done. My appliances and the installation are perfect. I checked the prices against the super stores and Chris beat some of the prices and I received personalized service. When I called Chris a few days later to ask a question, she was super helpful. I will be telling everyone where to get their appliances from! I couldn't be happier!!

I had a great experience at Coral Springs Appliance Center. Their showroom is beautiful and Mark was very professional and super helpful in assisting me with choosing my high-end appliances for my new kitchen. Their installers were great and everything went perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing new appliances.

Love this place. Chris was our representative and the service we received was wonderful. We are remolding our kitchen and Chris made sure all our measurementswhere correct for what we needed. She was in constant touch with our contractor.Not only was the service in the store wonderful the delivery man where so nice and helpful that everything was in the correct places.We purchased 4 major appliances and I would never go any where else.Claire

A bunch of a-holes! Very bad customer service especially the owner! I asked simple questions but they give you nasty and dirty response and said just buy from Best Buy! Lol Do not buy from these people. They do not deserve our business! We did end up buying from Best Buy. So, I am giving you a star for the recommendation.

Terrible customer service, very unhelpful and condescending. I needed a new high end built in microwave. Called on the phone, they will only let you in by appointment. I needed a particular model and was told it wouldn't fit the opening my old one came out of. I disagreed, provided measurements and was told to shop at Best Buy. (They don't carry high end) I wound up ordering the new unit from out of state and was very happy to learn it does fit with the exact same measurements as my old one. I guess they don't need a $2600 sale. Good for them!!!
