Disaster. Over the New Year weekend my son brought our dog there when we were out of town. The dog was vomiting and diarea. They gave him an estimate of $1200-1800. $2200 later they sent him home with medicine. The next day the dog was worse off, so back to the Hospital. That day they gave an estimate of $3000. More tests and more evaluations and the bill keeps getting higher. After 1.5 days in the hospital, they told us he had a critical condition, and were going to keep him longer. I ask what the bill was at that point and after 30 min she tells us $4200. The additional care would be even more and if we elected surgery it would be another $13-15000. We said we would take him home and they prescribed more medication. The meds we got on the first visit were not needed but couldnt be returned. I asked if they could help with adjustment or discount and was told they dont set the prices, Corporate does that and they have no control over the costs. We found later that they charged over $900 2 different times for X rays. They are wildly over priced and absentee corporate owned. It is a business, and the owners know you are vulnerable. So best to stay away from this place.

I brought my 2 year old cat in for a UTI on my vets recommendation due to them closing for the night and me being 30 mins away. They told me to treat a uti they have a package price of $4200 but that doesn’t include the cost of surgery if it was needed.. I asked them if they can drain his bladder so I can take him to my vet in the morning since they quoted me $800-ish. They declined and told me I had to pay the package price or I can take him to another hospital that was cheaper. They also told me that once a cat gets a uti that they will be prone to them and I will have to pay this again. I had to put by baby to sleep bc they told me he would suffer though the night and probably not make it unless he was treated at the hospital.. now I understand this place is a business and that you can charge whatever you want because you have overhead costs, but I felt very pressured into putting a very young cat to sleep because I couldn’t afford the inflated price. On the plus side The staff was very polite

The staff and hospital are absolutely incredible! They took such wonderful care of our fur baby Minnie who licked a toad tonight. They were so kind and loving and checked in with us to reassure us she was going to be ok. Highly recommend them!

The “customer service” aspect. These are furry family members that we bring to you - not farm animals. The pets and owners are not treated with respect!

This is the most insensitive money hungry animal hospital I have ever had contact with. I would never take any of my pets to this place, I mean NEVER.

We've been to this pet hospital for several of our pets now, cats and birds over the last two years. They've promptly taken action when both of my kitties were sick. We even have them on a special food that I pick up through the pharmacy - It's always been easy to call into the pharmacy for our pet food order. It's usually ready within a few hours. I've seen several different nurses and veterinary doctors and each has respectfully taken care of my animals with love and compassion. We've never had a bad experience, we do wait patiently while they diagnose - But, that is to be expected when you're a walk in. When I've made follow up appointments It's much quicker. ??

Emergency for only dead dogsCame here at 2 am with my poor frenchie she was vomiting everything from like 9 pm in the night, only to be told they can only see physically dogs or pets who are in a critical state. So yeah basically 24 hour pet emergency and please in order to be accepted bring your dead dog. They haven't accepted any emergencies for like 4 month already. Go somewhere else, trashiest pet hospital in coral springs. What a shame, since they are "known" to be the biggest in the area.

This place was so busy the day after Christmas. My poor lab had a fishing hook ? in his gum from our dock. I have no idea how it got there and I’d love to know. Anyway, the doctors, techs and support staff could not have been nicer. It’s very sad to be there because no situation is good but they were absolutely amazing. I can’t thank them enough. ❤️ Bourbon’s mom.
