I have to share this amazing experience my husband and I today at this store.
The minute we walk in we got greeted with a big smile by Kevin Bryant and he was wonderful and had so much patience with me because he knew I had a accident and I fractured a bone in ny back.
Kevin show us all the mattress that he knew were perfect for my back and budget and i truly felt the caring , honestly and kindness towards me that make me feel at home.
I lay in the awesome mattress the whole time and he managed to finish the sale in my conditions.
Thank you so much Kevin to make this experience so much fun.

My husband and I stopped by City Mattress to see if they carried an ottoman to go with the Lutono Fantasy sleeper sofa we purchased from the Coral Springs location earlier in the year. Terri the sales person was working with another customer but was very gracious, extremely knowledgeable about the product and answered my questions and told me she would call me back me with more information. Sure enough, Terri called the next morning to tell me she had found the ottoman that I was looking for at the clearance center in lighthouse point, and, even better news, it matched the color of my sleeper sofa. She notified her team associates at the Lighthouse Point store, Bo and Ben, we would come in today to see the ottoman. They too were extremely gracious and helpful! My husband and I are extremely happy with our new ottoman and every purchase from City Mattress. Thank you again Terri for your outstanding customer service!

I could not be happier with my new mattress! This was the best experience.
On Monday I walked into City Mattress, the manager helped me pick the best choice for my needs, and 24 hours later the most comfortable mattress was delivered and set up. What a delightful, easy experience every step of the way. I have lower back pain and feel such a big difference already after just 2 nights. I am a very happy customer!!

Kevin was so patient and helpful. He never pressured us once and gave us so much information on all different types of mattresses. He also helped my mom out a few years ago. Great prices compared to another local mattress store. They wanted $500 more for the same mattress.
I highly recommend this store and ask for Kevin!!

We are happy with our purchase, but there were problems along the way. Fortunately all issues were corrected by City Mattress in the end. We walked into the City Mattress showroom and we were greeted by a very knowledgeable and informative salesman who showed us many of our options. We decided on a new bed and arranged for delivery 2 days later. Selecting our new bed in the showroom was complicated because of the many options available. It was all made easy by the expert salesman. On the day of delivery, I saw an email asking me to call City Mattress about my delivery. I don't know why they didn't call me and just leave a message. Emailing seemed like an odd way to contact me for something like this. I called and it turned out my address was incorrect on their order. I gave them the right address and received a 2 hour delivery window. The set-up team arrived on time and proceeded to install our new bed. The installer asked me if I was keeping my old bedrail. I was not keeping it and had discussed this with my salesman how the new bed would hook to my existing headboard. The installer showed me that the order did not include the bracket that would be needed for my headboard. I called the delivery department and they could not bring the bracket to complete the job until the next day. I. The next day, I received a 2-hour delivery window that was missed. I talked to the delivery department again and was given another window. That window was also missed. I had to call again and was assured the driver would be here within one hour. Once the set-up team arrived, they installed the bracket quickly and finally completed my order. The process took a lot of follow-up on my part that ideally shouldn't have been necessary. The good news is we are enjoying our new bed.

Kevin was very knowledgeable very professional when we walked in he greeted us he was eager to help us he took his time I did not feel rushed he satisfied me with my selection of the mattress and I was very impressed with his service I highly recommend this place of business in the beds the product is very very good and I love my mattress and I thank him for his time and he was outstanding customer service for me.

Kevin's service was beyond exceptional. His knowledge on bedding is top teir. I sold mattresses and bedding for over 10 years. I must commend his professionalism , knowledge and customer service was a 10 out of a 10.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Kevin was so knowledgeable with the mattresses at City Mattress, and helped us pick the right one for my son and for us. He also was extremely patient because I wanted to lay on the mattresses for a little to make sure I was getting the right one, and we went close to store closing and he never rushed us once. I highly suggest when you are mattress shopping to go in person and feel them out, rather than buying online and doing the bed in a box. The store is huge and has a ton of selection. We went with the tempur-pedic. Ask for Kevin, he is truly the best!

Terri at the Coral Springs location was wonderful. I have been to other mattress stores and really did not feel like the representative was actually paying attention to my needs, but Terri surely did. She was so helpful and informative; she made mattress buying a breeze. 10 out of 10 recommend and sending anyone else I know here too.

We historically have had a very positive experience with City Mattress. Our mattress from there had lasted 12 years. We love our bedroom set we purchased there 12 years ago. While having lunch in Coral Springs last Friday afternoon, we stopped at the Coral Springs store. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Kevin Bryant. He had extensive product knowledge and was able to assess what type of mattress that would be a good fit for us. We selected the Tempur-pedic Pro Adapt medium king sized mattress. He was able to offer us great terms for financing @ 0% for 36 months with Wells Fargo. The mattress was in stock at the warehouse & was delivered @08:30 AM on Saturday morning. We have been sleeping wonderfully ever since. We are thrilled with our purchases and would not hesitate to return. Their mattresses, pillows & mattress covers are second to none. Their customer service is exceptional and we recommend Kevin & can’t thank him enough for his attentive assistance. So, be sure to stop over to City Mattress in Coral Springs & see Kevin! He will hook you up! ?
