So far 5 stars. Walked in and teller was also a banker it looked like. She greeted me and then heard why I came over, so eventually she came to her office to help me open an account. Very friendly and personable. She walked me through their promotions and in 15 minutes I was out of there. They had 4-5 staff on hand, so even the branch manager came in to introduce herself. They helped me wash my baby's pacifier and such, so I'd definitely recommend due to their friendliness and example fk service they provided me.

My new account is blocked and when I call, I get a recoding to call back on Monday. Today is Saturday. The worst bank I have ever been with. Fraud department not open on the weekends?? What??

This is one the worst bank customer service I have experienced. And I saying this not only because I had one bad experience but it's because I get the same horrible service every time i went to the back when needed assistance. The two Carlo's (that is Carlos Ycaza and Carlos Ladino) haven't improved their extremely poor service one bit. In fact, it has gotten worse. They are both arrogant and rude. Once I asked Carlos Ycaza for assistance with some issues with my account and he handed me his business card with the customers service number written on the back and told me to " Call customers service. I am going to do the same thing here if I sit down with you". Another time i requested to speak with the branch manager and his response was "I am in charge around here". I have concluded that these two guys, Carlos & Carlos, are much dumber than what I thought. I have given them the nick name of "**** and Dumber" (just like the movie). Many times when I am standing in line to make a deposit I see how poorly these two guys treat other customers. They are both misrepresenting a good bank and ruining its reputation. I have started looking into other banks in the area and do my homework with each of their reviews. I didn't do this when I selected Citibank and probably this was my mistake. I will be closing both my checking and savings accounts and moving to another bank. Citibank should use these two guys as an option example of how not to do things. Their attitude is affecting the other bank tellers and see their service being lowered as well. This bank will continue to loose numerous customers if the corporate offices doesn't take actions. I plan to close my accounts at this bank before the end of the year.

Big news for anyone who wants to invest is that Citibank is the first bank in the country to "allow" the trading of Cannabis stock. Invest here.

I do not understand why there are complaints against this branch. The bank manager is kind and fully competent along with her staff. I have had no problems at all with this branch. None.

Okay I'm done with both of the ATMs outside they are constantly out of service the second machine pretty much didn't want to even give me my card back. Citibank needs to replace both Atm's outside.
