I arrived 10 minutes before they closed but because the representative wouldn't stay until the notary was done assisting another client he informed me that I have to leave. I have already closed all my credit cards with Chase due to poor client service and will likely close all of my accounts.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. The worse customer service. Came in at 9am to open an account for me son. Diego Vargas said he was on the only banker and has appointments all day and wouldn't assist me.
The manager Amber's Page was wouldn't come to talk to me but would only relay messages to her staff.
The assistant manager Catherine refused to give me her last name. Everyone was arrogant, unhelpful and rude. I should be able to go into a hank to open an account without all these issues.

Worst chase on planet earth. I've come in there with checks from work and they couldn't cash it while other locations had no problem. I even came in there with a check from auto insurance for an accident and had to cash it at a different location!!! Don't waste your time with these folks!

Schedule a meeting with Jared to open 4 business accounts. Jared ignored me completely even though the front lady told him I was waiting. I left after waiting for 15 minutes without a word from him.
