This branch is a joke. It truly deserves ZERO stars. I tried opened a checking and savings account for my daughter on Tuesday. We left after her accounts were opened/completed. Banker told us to wait 24 hours to be able to access a digital debit card from the Chase app that can be added to Apple Pay. 24 hours later, still no debit card. Called the branch all day on Wednesday, left multiple voicemails without a response from anyone and was never able to get in touch with anyone there. Called Chase toll free customer service phone number where I was informed that a debit card was never assigned to my daughter’s account and advised me to have my daughter visit the/a branch AGAIN. Since my daughter left the state on Wednesday, on Thursday, I Went to the branch to see the manager Eli (or a similar name) where I was told they could not help me and “we are not going to do this today”. This banker/manager was extremely unhelpful, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She is the manger at this branch on Thursdays/today.
Today is Thursday and no one could help me or my daughter obtain a debit card for her new account. Not at this branch and not over the phone.

I went to 2 other branches looking for someone to help renew my cd, both times were told the bankers didn’t have time. I figure I’ll come to this Chase to try my luck. I was greeted by Philip at the door who immediately took me to a counter. Philip and his associate took care of me in under 20 minutes. Very enjoyable experience.

Almost impossible to believe, I am in a wheelchair when I enter the Chase office and having approximately 20 employees sitting at desks they told me I had to wait 3 hours for them to serve me, incredible when they have my money, very poor customer service signed: Guillermo Soloa . ?

chase is a complete fraud..... someone hacked my account ..... for 180 dollars .... left 34 overdrafts fee.... no communication or nothing from chase not even when my account was hacked ... I called them up & ask what was going on . they said it was closed to reopen the claim you need to submit something saying from . I'm like something as in ... we don't have a list they stated ... so they get my money & i have to pay back overdra fees for something I did not do . I completely hate this bank & will be going elsewhere. i seen where they talking about chase but I never knew it was like this .... this is disgustbig & bad business. if I can rate this a -0 I would . just like my account they left it out . took all my hard e money

Most of my Chase reviews are the same because most of the branches operate the same. This is a good bank with good people and a passion for service. I've been a Chase banker for years now and the reason is simple... They have always taken good care of my banking needs... This comes from a retired banker. I don't visit branches much anymore since the invention of the ATM and on-line banking. Since I also come here for business banking I visit the branch a bit more than I used to. This place is big and bright and a spectacular staff here are always very attentive to their customers.. I tend to use the auto-tellers more these days since I am just depositing or withdrawing. It definitely makes it easier. You also don't increase the line for people who need or like to work directly with a live teller. I had the opportunity to work with a teller and he was pleasant, helpful and reinforced my belief in being a Chase customer. If you have a choice to make about local banks I recommend this branch for your banking needs. Kudos to a great team here.

Chase Bankers used to care about customer service, now everyone treats you like an inconvenience until they see a benefit for themselves. Terrible. Tired of chasing them to get things they messed up fixed.

I went to the bank today without an appointment to close my old account and open a new one because the old one was compromised. Ili was wonderful because I was told by another worker that I needed and appointment to do the transaction but Ili called me over to the counter (it was 9 AM and the bank was empty) and assisted me. The entire process to less than twenty minutes. She was so lovely and helpful I wish there were more workers like Ili in the bank. Thanks again Ili.

I have Big problems with my account..I run to the bank today and Mrs Priscilla was amazing ?. Thank a lot. And was super fast...okay. Today I had to go back to the bank after 2 weeks and this time I made an appointment. . Everything was very fast, polite, and they helped me a lot... by the way, Luis Ruiz attended me. very good person ...

I went to this office to redeem an account opening coupon, the office was completely empty, I was the only client, they rejected me because according to them I should have made an appointment before going, 2 clerks without clients checking social networks... do not leave your money in a bank with such terrible customer service.
