I went to withdraw money from account. They could t give me the cash and the teller/supervisor told me that she would give me a cashier’s check however I’ll have to pay $10. I thought she was joking at first but when she turned out to be serious, I got very upset. I’ve been banking with chase for the longest, you can’t give me the requested funds and you are asking me to pay a $10 fee. What kind of bank does that. The irony is that I don’t have to pay any fees to close the account and get all my money back. I picked the latter as a matter of principles. You can’t force me to pay a fee when I’m withdrawing my funds. It’s a nonsense. It’s either the employees are not properly trained or this bank has gone so greedy that they believe they can take advantage of their customers. And this needs to be escalated higher so I can understand why it was required to pay a fee to withdraw my funds. I’ve never experienced this before. It’s a nonsense.

Hello, Just went to this Breach to notarized a document, I know I did not make an appointment, when I just went inside there were an agent and asked him for notary services, He said let me see if he will have time to do it, anyway later on I asked to another agent and told me to 3 pm, he will be able to notarized..I did not know that the agent I saw first it was the one who can notorize.. he was with a customer just talking and talking .. after 3;10pm I went to him and kindly asked if he can notarized and told him it won't take 2 minutes but he just say you have to make an appointment. after they make me wait...que poco profesionalismo de ese agente Chase should have more supervision of this kind of agents.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They stole $100 dollars from me. Arnie De Leon said he would resolve the issue but he never answered my phone calls. The manager, Rachelle Lindo, doesn't even care and the cashiers don't know what they're doing. Stay away from Chase as a whole because they do not care about their customers. I have contacted every department possible and they do not care.

Absolute worst experience at a chase bank that I’ve experienced. No regard for customer’s time. They’ll have multiple workers helping one individual. Plan for at least a half hour wait time, you might as well plan a full hour just to get a simple banking question answered.Staff was rude and overall unpleasant. Some of these folks need to be retrained or find new employment, they give Chase a bad reputation. Sad to say my first bad experience at a Chase branch, hope this doesn’t become a trend.

I had an appointment scheduled with this branch over the phone at 10:30 AM this morning. The appointment was regarding a general inquiry on my Chase account. I waited over 30 minutes (the appointment time frame was between 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM) and no representative contacted me. I confirmed that the appointment reservation had all of my correct information.I followed up by sending an email expressing frustration and requesting follow-up. Although it's only been about 3 hours since I followed up, I find it disappointing that no employee had reached out well past my scheduled time frame. I attempted to also call the branch to receive general assistance for my inquiry, and there isn't even a dial tone to connect you to anyone when calling the number provided. Not very impressed with Chase at the moment.

This is the absolute worst branch to deal with. I have never seen such lousy customer service in my entire life. I show up during normal banking hours (9:40am on a Wednesday morning) to discuss a transaction with a bank teller at the drive-thru because I knew going in that the main doors are closed due to Covid-19. However, no one was attending the drive-thru even though I pressed the call button 2 or 3 times. I saw through the window at least 3-4 employees talking and laughing inside the bank when they should have been attending the customers at the drive-thru that required assistance. Stay away from this branch because their service completely sucks.

Tried to get my direct deposit information for work and customer service was very rude and didn't give me my information so it lead to me shutting down my account I really liked chase but that's unbelievable to have to deal with employees that don't want to work
