One of worse branches I been in .. I wanted to get paperwork notarized … I was advised to have sir maybe they can squeeze me in before next customer appointment . Where is the customer services side .. I am previous private client customer and considering becoming a private client again .. based on this interaction I will never consider being private client ..hopefully management see this review if they care about customer service..

Wow, when I read comments, I thought that people are exaggerated, but it’s definitely The Worst customer service I ever encountered in bank. I made my appointment and when I came they said that my time was an hour ago and then said well, you can wait for 40 min and see if the person will see you. And that’s to open an account for my business. Thanks for showing me straight away that I should not do business with you.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It’s always a problem every single time I come here. There’s never any staff working. They tell their customers to come back in an hour to do a simple wire because they are too busy yet there is 1 other customer in the building. Drive further and go to a more competent branch.

This bank does not have a withdraw ability besides the atm. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time. The two girls in the front weren’t the most welcoming either to answer and looked at me like I was crazy for coming in to ask that. Sad.

I'd rate Chase ZERO stars if I could. This particular branch has a rating of 2.1 stars. If my business were rated that low, I wouldn't BE in business.

They let you wait forever for nothing above all that i havean appointment. Worst bank ever!!! The staff keep walking around and not helpful at all. Highly not recommended for doing your business here!
