If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst branch I have ever encountered. Tellers have absolutely no customer service skills in addition to having no knowledge of what they are supposed to do. No acknowledgement at the drive thru that we will be attended soon on top of a long wait. Unnecessarily asked for ID when we do the same transactions weekly and never have to provide it. And when asked why we need to provide it there was no explanation that they could give. After having a conversation with 2 tellers about the situation we get laughed in our face when we say okay thanks have a good day then. Manager was dismissive of complaints of tellers. The WORST branch. Will purposely drive out of my way to a farther branch now.

⚪?Great outside ATM location 24 hours 365 days for before, during and after hours banking convenience. Parking is also footsteps from ATM or banking entrance. I've been a customer for over a decade. Still using their? services.

This has been our bank since moving to the area almost 7 years ago. We have had great service with every visit. We never need to wait long for a walk-in appointment with a private banker, however, do find it much easier to have a scheduled appointment. Someone to help you use the ATM machine inside and teach you what can be done vs. having to stand in line to be helped by a teller. Tellers are friendly and helpful. We have a home mortgage with Chase through this location. Closing went smooth.

Worst service. I would put 0 stars if I could. Sat down with who I assume wa s the manager to start explaining my situation and needs then another employee grabbed him because she doesn’t have the ability to perform certain duties. Had to wait 20mins to be seen again for a 3 minute useless conversation.

Awful customer service. Avoid as much as possible. Service person (Moises) kept talking about Amazon prime and other nonsense with another customer instead of helping other customers. When he eventually freed up he just walked by us and ignored us even though we had an appointment at 11am (it was 11:15 when he ignored us). When we confronted them about the appointment they lied saying they called us to reschedule. We waited for 40 mins and walked away without any service. You have been warned.

This bank is ridiculous. I wish I could give them zero stars. My fiancé and I had an account here and when he closed out our account today they gave him a fake $100. I know because I watched him walk in and out of the bank with a sealed envelope and I took that sealed envelope from him, dropped him off, and went straight to Bank of America with the same sealed envelope. When I went to deposit the money at Bank of America, you can imagine how horrified I was to find out one of my $100 bills was FAKE! WTF

We’ve been customers for decades. The callousness of the staff at this location to their customers and banking convention lost chase lifetime customers. Claudia is especially unprofessional.
