What an unpleasant experience to arrive at that store. Today I wanted to buy a gift and I explained to the people there that what I was buying was for a gift so it was necessary to reduce the price. I paid for the dress and since my English is not good they told me with the help of a translator that yes. I took it off, they wouldn't change the part so I didn't want to bring the gift. In addition to the terrible service, they laugh at the clients for not speaking English well, they made fun of me in my face and if that were not enough, they did not return my money to my card but instead forced me to take credit on a card. He has no idea about education and customer service. I do not recommend it

Their stuff is cute but they need to purchase better material for sweaters. I’m so upset that I’ve only worn my sweaters twice and they are covered in lint balls. SMH

DO NOT SHOP HERE at CORAL SPRINGS !!! I just went in here yesterday 9/02/2021 they have new owners and quality of clothes is extremely cheap from China. They have fitting rooms closed and you can’t try on the clothes outside the fitting room such as a sweater . The cashier came over to tell me not to try the sweater . I told her I won’t be shopping there anymore if I can’t try then I won’t buy. They are rude and have no class. Meanwhile great stores like Pacsun etc allow you to use the fitting room . Charlotte Russe is nasty and cheap clothes smell like Chemicals.

The owner at the Broward location is a bully and talks down poorly on his workers, You can tell he is very unprofessional and has poor management and including communication skills towards customers and employees! I was shopping with my mother today and heard him across from the store verbally attacking an employee on the sales floor instead of talking to her in private to correct her, embarrassing her in front of customers. No business should be run like this, Imagine if it was my kid! Smh. Train your managers better, this has bothered me and many people who shopped here today who intervened.

BEWARE OF THE HORRIBLE MANAGER HERE!!!! I’ve been to charlotte russe on many occasions during when the old manager was there and I’ve always enjoyed shopping at this location, but the attitude of the new owner or manager at the Broward mall is continually disgusting and unwelcoming each time i go in and he is very unhelpful!Today at 4:40 Pm March 5th, I was appalled to be waiting in line and I witnessed him SCREAM at an employee who just walked into the store and confront her about an accusation like he wanted to jump her !?! What type of business are you guys running here! This is the most unprofessional thing I’ve seen in all my years of shopping here! He continued to Try and apprehend her in-front of the whole entire store and not inside his office and the poor young woman cried and even two other customers ahead of me had to intervene and tell HIM the Owner how to treat his employee in a proper manner! I am beyond disgusted and don’t find myself shopping at this location until the management is changed and improved. Employees should not be treated and talked down on as dogs especially infront of customers!

I bought a dress that I could not measure in the store and I went on a trip and I was small, my trip lasted 15 days and yesterday I went to return it or change it and they did not receive it because time had passed.
