I did not have a good experience with this bank. The employees are very cold, unfriendly, and even confrontational to some extent. They seem to have a wide detachment to the real world when it comes to 'normal' interaction(s) with the public, potential bank customers, current bank customers, and people in general. I found this to be astounding plus the fact that they refused to assist me satisfactorily when I had a simple issue. My advice . . . bank somewhere else where they appreciate you, your time, and business.

Unfortunately it has come to the point where I can no longer bank with this Branch or this particular banking institution any longer. Ever since they took over from CenterState their financial greed and inability to adapt and change to the current Financial landscape with regards to overdraft and assisting customers in this manner has become unbearable. Even compared to Bank of America which was known as the scourge of the banking institution when it comes to overdrafting their customers has remedied their overdraft charges. The latest issue that brought me to this was when I had several charges pending and I had a direct deposit from Wells Fargo occurring that evening they paid it however they proceeded to charge me over $140 in overdraft charges. This is Paramount to financial theft some might argue I should have had the money in my account. I would argue that the withdrawal from my bank account did not occur until the next day when the pending deposit from Wells Fargo we're hitting my bank at South State. I will be doing everything in my power to make sure that people understand this and that I encourage them to move away from South State Bank and hopefully take their business to a banking institution that is there for the customers not for their greed such as a bank like Capital One who has no overdraft fees.

I have been a client of CenterState for the past 7 years. I cannot say the appreciation my team and I have for them as they certainly go above and beyond. We have several of their personal, small business, loan services and TM services which we actively use daily and with their support our banking is one less headache. They are a bank that is constantly working to improve and I look forward to many more years of awesome banking. Kendra manages the Branches I frequent the most and is always a pleasure to work with, she definitely ensures that the branches provide service that is above expectation..

My Business Partner and I have kept our corporate accounts with CenterState Bank for several years, we both conduct our personal banking with CenterState as well. Kendra Salerno and her staff, Sophia, Nancy, Sheri, Rheen, and the rest of the team have always provided "World Class Service". They always find a way to add a personal touch to any interactions. Thanks for the Best in Class !! service that you consistently provide. I can only hope that some Senior VP reads these reviews and the appropriate feedback is given to this team at CenterState Bank in Coral Springs FL.

I have been banking at CenterState Bank with Kendra Salerno for over 8 years! I get personal service, when I walk into the bank I am greeted by my first name and if I ever need anything for my personal accounts or business accounts it is handled for me immediately. The best bank and Bank Manager out there!
