The 2 Stars are directly to the Deli or Food Department.
I used to love going there and for the price get a decent portion of food. The last two visits (and probably my last 2 visits) they have been so miserable with the serving portions...claiming that "we have been told so". So, you charge the same price or more now but less amount of food?? This is very disappointing! For my surprise the lady that took care of the customer after me was serving as usual...so the guy that took care of my food (today around 730pm) and 2 hrs before closing decided to argue back and make a customer unhappy.
What will you do with all the food left by the end of the day? You re-heat it for next day? Or maybe that selfish employee take a big chunk home after his shift.
Definitely to be a frequent customer is helpless and useless...Maybe I will keep going for buying vegetables or something else....but for $9.00 is ridiculous the happy meal amount these employees serve.
Consider going to El Bodegon or another place instead....it is the same people from BRAVO but with less customer service and quality!
And if someone just want to be argumentative and say the picture attached is enough....we'll, go there and pay the $$ for the amount.

Everytime I get meat from them I come home and cook it I get sick this is the second time this has happened to me . This not good from my knowledge I was just told that they put old meat in new packages if so this is very disgusting. I never get sick from other grocery stores . I’m currently having a bad stomach ache . First it was pork chop now it’s from the chicken

My idea with this review is the cafeteria improve the customer service. this my second time I try to buy 1 pound of prosciutto and the lady say there is not, and I'm seeing in the Frigidaire. they don't want to open it up and Detail in slice because they say it's too much work.

I bought a sweet chili called cachucha and it came out spicy, it damaged a complete soup because at home we are allergic to spicy and I made the right complaint and they had the nerve to not offer me any solution saying that that was not the case

The food is excellent. Everything is fresh so many fruis and vegetables that I have never seen. A must go to get your groceries so many varieties of icecreams no to mention the delicious daily food and the Domenican cakes so soft a d moist. Service a plus neat. Clean awesome customer care all employees very helpful to assist in any needs. I highly recommend this Love this place and the prices are low a must go to shop for your needs.

The Worst empanadas ever, grease, salty, cold food. If you want a cheese empanada that taste like a roten fish this is best place to buy it, just over priced $3
