Absolutely worst internet provider I’ve ever had. At least once a month internet is down for upwards of 4-5hrs with the longest going almost an entire day. When you call to ask for an ETA the only thing they will tell you is yes it’s out but that’s it. Customer service and tech support are absolute jokes. I wouldn’t walk away from this company I’d run.

Blue Fiber Team,Camila was extremely professional, pleasant, and 100% on the ball with the process. She was very polite even with the recent frustrations I was having with outages and billing, yet she handled everything for me in a timely manner. Couldn't be happier with her performance, and without a doubt she is the reason that blue stream was able to keep me as a long term customer, now and moving forward wherever I go.Thank you Camila!

Justin tech 294Excellent service to a problem with the mini box not working properly. It was difficult to remedy and he got it working properly after changing main box and the mini.

The ABSOLUTE WORST CABLE/FIBER EVER! Goes down at least once a week. Constantly having to call in for repair or service. The ONLY reason we have them is because we are forced to, through our association! DO NOT use this company if you pay for your own internet or cable!

Nelson #292, he was very pleasant, explained everything to me,was here for quite awhile, all in all a positive, pleasant service call!!! Which nowadays is normally not the case!!! If you need service, request that they send Nelson!! Also had another guy named Brandon come help & he too very pleasant, nice guys!!!

Service provider Nelson ,I have to call him that, fill an appointment for me on Sunday ,this man should be a tech trainer for blue stream cable , his customer service was remarkable ,his knowledge was off the chart, his attention to details exceptional, he is one that will not stop until the problem is solved. he represent blue stream very well, he is an asset to the company in many ways. thanks #292 you are so much more than a number thanks again.
