Do not listen to what they say. If they call you do not for a moment consider restructuring or selling your settlement to them. Totally bogus they just want your money that you rightfully fought for. They don’t have any information on your policy besides what is public. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!

When I first got a call from them I was very skeptical about doing this but jarrod was a very helpful person he broke everything down and made sure I had no worries! He’s very easy to get in contact with and even more easy to communicate with. My overall experience was very smooth. I’ll rate my experience a 10/10!

this company harassed me for 2 years trying to buy my settlement, then when i finally agreed they took forever to do the paperwork, they were super unprofessional, and their attorneys are the worst. my case had to be re-filed and he didn’t even say anything, i had to go down to the court house to find out. and they lowballed me almost half my payment. my advise, shop around with other companies before you sign anything with black square financial. they promised me approval and a 3-6 week process, 2 months later i find out my case was denied due to lack of information on the original settlement agreement, attorney Elliot glatstein is awful. they tried to convince me not to go with another company who offered me 20k more

Thanks to Ron and Jarrod for helping me get what was rightfully Mine. I previously was struggling for almost 2 years attempting to get my structured settle early with no luck! These guys got me approved in the matter of 30-45 days and helped me get into my own place, while making sure I also had food in the fridge and gas in the car. These are some of the most down to earth people that treat you with the upmost respect and honesty. They will be helping me buy my first home and rental property soon enough and I can’t thank them enough! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND BLACK SQUARE FINANCIAL to anyone that is looking for help with any sort of advance on their structured settlement!
