Terrible! I have been with them for years and they used to be wonderful. Due to covid i let my policy cancel and needed to reinstate. First they gave me a quote and took my payment, then two days later i had to go into the office because they wont return phone calls and i find out the quote was incorrect and nothing had been processed. I reinstated while in the office made my payment and left. The following month my policy was due to cancel because the agent did not upload my bank info until after my bill was due. They waited over a month to submit my documents and when i question them they lie and give what ever excuse the can. Called the company directly and sorted it out myself. Completely unprofessional which is a shame because i have always supported this agent.
