Joshua from Geek squad has great customer service and knows what he's doing, he makes sure you feel at ease and explains every possible option available to you. It's the fact he takes his time and doesn't make you feel rushed or like you have to spend a ton of money just to fix your problem. I appreciate you!I always buy everything from Best buy because the warranty is honestly the best. No questions asked.

The worst displays set up an organization of any Best Buy I’ve ever been in. Waited online to purchase home security and a new 77 inch TV There was no line I was the first to be rung up And no one helped me stood there for 35 minutes With a line behind me of seven people Best Buy just lost a $3000 sale. I had to walk out. Definitely pick a different Best Buy to go to order from online.

Magnolia service is poor. Very poor. Be very careful about ordering anything that involves Magnolia/installation. Some associates at the Coral Springs location are very good. Others are very weak. While at the location - I heard to customers complaining about TVs that didn’t work when delivered. They were told to contact the manufacturer. No help from staff members. Maybe this is policy - but it’s not quality service.

My experience at the Geek Squad in Best Buy, Coral Springs, was extremely disappointing. I arrived late for my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, expecting a degree of understanding or at least some flexibility. However, the response from the attending staff member was anything but accommodating. They were unsympathetic to my situation and immediately cancelled my appointment without any discussion of possible alternatives or rescheduling. This rigid and unhelpful approach left me feeling frustrated and devalued as a customer. It was only due to the intervention of another service provider, who overheard the conversation and kindly offered to make another appointment, that I didn't leave the store completely distressed. While I am thankful for this employee's understanding, the initial interaction with the Geek Squad representative was off-putting and not reflective of the customer service one would expect from such a reputed establishment.

I went to this store looking for AirPods and the manager sent me to the customer service area. Jaylen, who was working in this area was very disrespectful and arrogant. I asked him if I can see the boxes of the AirPods and literally he was standing 5 feet away from me holding the boxes like I was about to take them and run out of the store. I asked him what was the price and he barely answered my question making faces. I told him that his customer service was terrible and he answered "What do you want me to do for you, smile, so you feel better" He was is his phone doing face time with a girl while doing his job which in my opinion is very unprofessional.

Went in for a gift for Christmas I was placed on a list to wait after about 15 minutes finally someone came they brought me the wrong item and had to change it not only that as I was cashing out in electronics the cashier said that I needed to hurry up because I am cutting in on his break time ?as if i should have known anyway I took my card out to pay by this time I was going through my pocketbook after the transaction was made he had the nerve to tell me that he is gonna bring the item up to the from because he cannot wait a second for me to pull out my card that was clearing in my hand I chose to not use Apple Pay because of the holiday and all the scamming that I heard was going on he wanted me to use my Apple Pay which I said no I already have a Best Buy account with them a credited customer and he saw that but his attitude for the 4 minutes we spent at the register and my one minute cashing out plus my 28 minutes of waiting on him to catch his mistakes he should have been better at helping the customers out with a smile and a wave. I understands break but if you know your break was coming up why take another customer maybe because the item I was purchasing had him excited.
