I love the Beauty Pawlor my dog is obsessed and extremely happy whenever he knows he's coming here, as soon as he gets out the car and sees where we are it's like bye mom I'm gone lol. They are extremely friendly and truly good to the dogs my pup had a bad experience a long time ago with one of those mobile pet grooming businesses and I never took him back once I discovered the beauty Pawlor I never stopped going especially since my yorkie Zeus loves it here so much his groomer is Natalie she's the sweetest women ever and Zeus loves her! if your looking for a great grooming business to bring your fur baby this is the place to go especially if ur dog gets nervous when they aren't with you they take extremely good care of the dogs that are in their care.

Long wait time 7 hours . She came in tangle free.8 1/2 month Golden Doodle Puppy came back with her ear canal filled with hair and long nails . Have pictures but can’t download. Seems like they are understaffed and overbook their clients !! No puppy should be at a groomer for 7 hours and come out with their ear canals filled w hair .All I got was excuses $85 later plus $15 tip

i have never had any problems with this establishment till saturday, 11/7/23. my husband brought our pups in for grooming per usual. however at pick up he was told something happened to leo. my husband didn't really pay attention while he was paying as he was rushing out to pick up the kids- fast forward to leo coming home, i noticed his eyes were rolling back severely. when i spoke to his groomer she told me she clipped him and noticed it too when she brought him back on the table- i should've been called immediately when it happened and i was not- instead they told my husband at pick up. i desperately needed my dog to feel better so i took him to the er vet and was told he must've gotten clipped or hit with something. fast forward to today- he is not doing better. she's pooping blood, constantly sleeping and won't eat. i've asked to speak to the owner - i was told she was out on medical.. so because she's out, natalie called me, she was extremely unprofessional and basically talked over me the entire time. i'm not gaining anything from this post except to help other people steer away from what i'm going through. I NEVER WANT ANYONE TO EXPERIENCE WHAT LEO DID! Natalie told me this happens all the time with matted dogs however this isn't a bruise, nit or cut!! he looks like he is having a stroke at all times. but i was told there is nothing they can do because i signed a paper at our initial visit when i took them in. this place is not taking any ownership in their actions! i will make sure i spread my experience with them in every group i belong to, every community event, this will be talked about. i will broadcast on every platform i can!!! i will make sure everyone know what they did to my dog. we did not deserve this!!!! please read these reviews guys!!! this isn't the first time they've done this!!!!!

WOW! We have found our new Puppy Grooming Spot! Our Baxter came in shabby, and came out AMAZING! The ladies REALLY went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure he looked great. Amanda was exceptionally funny and SUPER kind. I could tell from speaking to her over the phone and meeting her in person, that she truly LOVES what she does and truly LOVES Dogs. All of the dogs inside were super happy and comfortable. I could feel the positive energy, and I felt extremely comfortable leaving B. I knew he was in good hands . Dog Pawler is love at First “Woof”. Take it from me, this place is stellar. Awesome staff, positive energy, and exceptional service! Thank you so much for cleaning up our little baby dog! See you soon, ladies!

Love love love. We use Brittany for our standing grooming appointments ( the joy of owning a doodle). Our dog is always happy in and out and groomed to perfection!!! I have never felt so much care from any grooming place. Everyone there knows my dogs name and welcomes him in. I am not a crazy dog mama person at all, but still this place feels like and extended family ))))

Laisea was absolutely amazing! My dog Mila was traumatized by our last two groomers. One who cut her badly where she had to go to the hospital and another who I saw rough her up so you can imagine how terrified she was going to a brand new place. Laisea took her time and was gentle with my baby! Thank you so much, best recommendation I've gotten!

I have been taking my Shih Tzu to this groomer for a couple of years now. There were problems from time to time but nothing serious until the last few cuts. Upon leaving my dog to be groomed the standing instructions were do not cut his eye lashes, do not cut his ears and do not cut his tail. They managed to do all. However, when they cut my pet's eye lashes the groomer also cut the pupil of my dog's eye. Needless to say, after several hundred dollars spent at the veterinarian for a serious cut to his eye, I have changed my groomer. Be careful with taking your pet here. They have groomers working on top of each other. The safe grooming of your dog at this facility is questionable.

I absolutely love the ladies here. I actually feel like they love my baby too...my cavapoo, Eevah. They do an excellent job grooming her as well. And my dog actually smells great for almost 3 whole weeks before I might need to give her a quick touch up bath. I probably drive by at least 5 groomers on the way to Beauty Pawlor...but it is a absolutely worth the trip!
